Will 255cc overs take me from a 32B to a small Dcup??

Heya!

So I am pretty sure I am going to go ahead with the 255cc anatomical overs now (not the 290cc).

Just wanted to put a post up on here and get some feedback from ppl with more experience if you think this will take me from a B to a D (or large C cup atleast I’de be happy with)

I am hoping to book my surgery with Mr Adamo on 27 April !!!!!

My stats –

Height: 55kg

Weight: 5ft 3

Bra: 32B

Clothes: size 6/8

i had 380 overs from a 32b. im same height as you and a size 8. i look a d/dd max. if i were u i would go 290 x

I’d go for the 290’s too. I reckon 255’s wouldn’t look a large C/small D, although they might measure it. xx

I don’t want a drastically visible change. I am hoping for the right size to be what I already look like in my “padded” bras in clothes / slightly bigger, and I am happy with that size and find it right for clothing etc, nobody will know at work, it’s just when the bra comes off or in a bikini that will be different.

The major difference for me will be that I will feel like a woman in a bikini for once – At the moment I feel like a boy, haha.

I really want them as natural as possible and without alot of attention. I think if I went noticeably large then I may feel as self conscious as I already do, if not more in a bikini and I really don’t want that.

I want someone to maybe say, “she’s got good size breasts for her size”, but not “woah, check them bad boys out”, haha. Then at times when I am out and want them up and on show, there’s still the option of wearing a push up bra. I just don’t want them like that permanently xx

do what you feel comfy with hunn. I had my BA yesteray, i ended up going for the 345/385 (bigger than what i was going to go for orignally) and they dont look that different in clothes, even if you did get the 290 there wouldnt be much difference between the two. 255 will still give you fullness. all the best! xx

i have accepted ur request katy so see if u think mine look to big. they dont look big in clothes at all. ppl have told me they wouldnt of noticed if i hadnt told them. u will get used to them so quickly. best adbice i can give is go biggest ur offered but you need to decide what is best for you. just lots of ppl regret not going bigger x

I would definitely get the 290s, you don’t want to regret not going bigger! x

I am at work at the moment, so very hard to have boobs on my screen, haha.

I tried having a brief look and I think they look very natural and I do really like the shape but they are bigger for what I want for myself. I’ll trry to do the math and work out my sizing of 255 based on yours to get an idea.

Can’t believe they are 380s though! i thought that would be like HuuUUuuge looking. I think you look really similiar to me before though, shape and everything. Were yours teardrops?

no there normal round implants. there not huge at all x

So tricky, on sofem every comment made agreed that 255cc would take me to a large C small D cup so I was feeling really confident… hmmmmmmm…. *sigh*

I am a 32B as well and I was suggested 255 as well for a small D ~ they looked really natural tbh but another surgeon suggested I got a little over 300 to get more fullness ~ they also suggested unders to make them looks more natural…which is what i want

also @sara11 ~ seen ur pics and ur boobs look AMAZING! your probably a little bit bigger than me in ur befores, so i think i shall use you as a reference haha

Get the bigger option – I had 410cc and they don’t look any different to what I looked in my padded bras in t-shirt tops.

The only time people can tell is in low cut tops or if I wear a padded bra, then they’re huge compared to before x

I got 260 overs, I was 32B before hand and am currently wearing a 34D sports bra, so I think when the swelling goes down I will be between a 32/34C and 32D. Love em, I know what you mean I didnt want mine too big just enough to give you that little extra! x

I wouldn’t say I am 100% fixed on the 255’s over the 290’s yet, prob 85% sure though It’s such a big decision!!

Mr Adamos “suggestion” was that:

255 = Large C or D

290 = Full D or DD

There’s that uncertainty of how big I could go though that worries me. I know it’s alot of money, but being slightly smaller than the goal is alterable with bras etc (And I will be bigger than I am now no matter what), whereas I think if it’s too big, there’s nothing I can do to hide it… That’s basically what’s in my head

hey katy. hope u dont think im being pushy here just trying to give good advice but if u have 290 u will prob measure a d/dd but u will only look a largec/small d at a max. my 380 overs make me look a dd max!!! so many ppl regret not going bigger so be careful and do as much research as poss

yeah hardest part of the opp is deciding size. good luck, u have got enough time to keep researching b4 u make ur final decision. good luck x

i have just been reading your post and all the advice, i am having the same dilema. i am 5,9 size 10 and a 34b at present, i also want mine to look natural i thought i wanted to be DD as i think this would be in propotion to my frame (410 was suggested). But after looking at all the photos and other girls comments i am really thinking of 460. they sound massive but look great on all the girls i have seen and alot of them are smaller in frame than me,,

I would suggest you try the rice boob test and you will see that there is not much difference between the two.

i wear mine around the house and in different cloths just to get an idea of how they will be.

300 Unders took me from 32a too 32e/f depending on the shop. But they dont look anywere near that size x

omg, I have been meaning to do the rice test for ages now!! I will do it 2moro and see what I think… I am excited!? Is that weird, hahahaha x

emma85… 32e/f sounds huge! I find it difficult to choose as well as ppl on here say they measure one size but look another size (usualy smaller) and it’s so true based on the pics i’ve seen, but also makes it that much harder to choose!!

Hia girls, got my op booked end of march. Im having 260cc unders, though 300cc was also suggested by Dr Traynor to achieve C cup. Im currently 34A, or AA, so conscious about it and tired of wearing padded bras lols. Can I take a peek pls at anyone who already had 260cc-300cc unders??? xxx

Hey Katy, I know what u mean. 5yrs ago when I had mine done, I wanted smaller and the surgeon said any smaller than u mite as well not do it!.. Haha

I don’t regret the move for going for the comfortable size 230/260cc as one is slightly bigger but not noticeable. And I was a small a. Now I am a 32D.. But I look more like a C.

Keep in mind that the swelling doesn’t go down up to a year. So after a year it will shrink slightly.. Which u will notice.

Also when I had them done, I was 23years old and very straight up and down.. 5years on, my boobs looks perfect but also my body has changed more womenly which is why I want 2nd op..

I love my breasts now.. But I am a perfectionist and you only live once so if you want to do another one in the future.. Why should that be a prob as long as you dont go over board.

Also, good thing about doing it second time, my skin has stretched from first op (without stretch marks) so when I do my 2nd op the implants will settle in a lot quicker

I only want to go double what I have now.. Sounds a lot but I don’t think I’m going over board..

I may book another appointment with Adamo, before my pre-op as that’s not until 6 April to re-discuss sizing. My pc is not back till Wed but I really want to see if they can order in the 290 teardrop for me to try on.

Being affirmitive on teardrops makes it one less choice to have to make, haha. Also, when in the office it was more often the teardrops that I would point out as being my perfect goal. I know that it’s achievable with rounds (look at yours!) It’s just I havn’t seen one teardrop where I havn’t liked the shape.

Adamo is confident it won’t turn and I know ppl that have never turned, even like 10yrs later. But then have heard of those who have too. It is a rareity though, not the norm.

True. I have a friend that has them for at least 6yrs n they r fine, tear drop and small. To be fair round are more common, but since u aren’t going big, tear drop will suit whether u choose round or tear drop, smaller implants always looks natural in the end results.

If anyone want big boobs, I can’t imagine tear drop would be an option cos I think it would look funny then.. Too natural with the sagging look…

I guess the reason I don’t just go with the smaller ones, is because I am worried that if they’re too small, without any fullness at the top (My teardrops are going to be HP) that they will just look stuck-on at the bottom, whereas the larger size may create more fulness, giving me a natural slope… But it could also make me too noticeably big!! haha!! Def gunna make another visit, lol

Heya, if anyone is thinking of getting 255cc anatomical (teeardrop) overs,

There is a lady on sofem named “Yikes123” that has them.

Just letting you know as I found it sooo hard to find any pictures of this implant and this is the only lady I know so far with the exact ones I am thinking of, eg being overs as well. They look great
