Will 340/380 unders from 32a/b take me to a d

My surgeon has recommended either 340 or 380 unders for me to achieve a D from a 32a/b, but from reading other girls posts who have had the same implant size have gone upto a DD/E/F.
I dont want to be too big as i have a small frame and dont wan to look silly. Im a size 8 5ft 7 just under 9 stone.

Im scared that these implant sizes will be too big for what i want to achieve, and after reading other girls posts im thinkin maybe i should go for a smaller implant??

im exactly the same! im a small 34a or 32b and he has recommended 300s or 340s im a small size 8 n weigh jus under 8 stone..i have a tiny frame aswel!
but every1 ive spoke 2 on here has told me to 4 the 340s to achieve my D, It myt take me to a DD but seein the pics they dont look that big n my friend has had hers dun
‘asked’ for a D n got a DD but they dont look stupid!! plus we r both having unders and apparently you lose 10-15% of the size implant so im gna go for the 340s. i dont no about the 380s tho, my surgeon recommended 340s too me n i thought tht was big!! sooo..?? xxx
