Same here hun!! i want to be a full D and id be so upset if i didnt end up that, but then at the same time id be gutted if they looked too big and fake xx but id honestly say 300 for u to make a full C.

Do the rice test at home hun, i keep doing it but its not helped in making much of a decision tho lol x

HOW DO YOU DO THE RICE TEST?

measure what you get offered in grams of rice. IE if its 380, then you measure 380grams of rice, pop them in a pair of tights and pop them in a sports bra xxx

oh and tie them up at the top, and it creates a round shape xx

nah i dont think that will happen with 300’s chick, and your surgeon knows that you dont want the fake look so offered you the best sizes to suit you accordingly. i just wish they only offer you one size and then we wouldnt have to bloody stress over which ones to choose xx

he offer 340 aswell, arghh its soo hard to chose isnt it, im thinking if i go for 300 then ateast i will think it wasnt the smallest or the biggest- if i went for one of those they may be to small or too big. if u get me lol xx

if you can fit the 300 in I would say go for it I had 255cc anatomicals [260 equivalent] and this was the MAX I could have in the medium profile as width wise im tiny! and for 295 would have had to have the high projection which I didn’t want.

I got to a 30D with 255 so a full C for sure with 260/300 Riggers got a D/DD with 260!! so always depends on your stats. as said in another thread most girls wear the wrong back size – i used to wear 32 but was so roomy lol now i need 30 as have boobs and they need support! as i am so very petite anyone small but normal a 300 would be similar to me I guess but most girls who have 260 have got a D + x

I’m in exactly the same boat hun, I’m a 34A and due to have 275cc medium profile, soft touch implants which Mr Adamo has told me will make me a full C, I’m hoping from that that I measure a D cup though as heard you measure bigger. I’m starting to wonder if I should increase the size but will ask for his opinion as I trust his opinion more than mine as he is the expert. I did say to him that I would rather I wished I went bigger than wished I went smaller so maybe he was erring on the side of caution?!?!

Always go for the biggest they offer you. You won’t look fake with 340’s Hun and Victoria beckham is so thin that’s why they looked so fake. Xx

thanks i think im gunna go for 300 then thts the middles size then atlest i can think aww well i cud of been even bigger if i hate the bigness of them or think aw well i suppose they could be smaller if they to small haha xx

I wanted to look natural bit ended up spenting the following 8 years with extra padded pushup bra’s to make myself anything other than “natural”

kerry i would guess that you may measure a DD, but look around a cup size smaller, maybe look a small/medium D? xx

Hey girls. I was flat n wanted the natural look. I had 340 unders 3months ago n have pics. I’d say they look natural. I couldn’t decide between 300 n 340. I asked to be a D cup n was told I couldn’t get that. I measure a 30e/32dd but don’t look an e! If u’d like to add please ask thanks xx
