Will I have hurt my boobies??

I’m 3.5 weeks post op and I ended up running for about 3-5 mins this afternoon, long story, fairyxx will understand! Lol. Anyway I was wearing a high impact sports bra and it wasn’t for long. Will I have guest my boobies?? Xx

Thanks hun, I was at work and totally forgot I wasn’t allowed and then I was like..oh balls! Lol. Phoned my PC who was lovely and said I should be fine but if I get any issues then give them a ring straight back xx

I danced in a show at 3 weeks hun and have done every week since and mine have been fine xxx
