Will I need to wear a bra 24 hours a day after uplift and implants?????

I’ve been told by some that it’s best to wear a bra at all times FOREVER after having this procedure but I just don’t like the thought of that. I definitely don’t want to be wearing any sort of bra to bed – do I really have to??? x
