WILL MY 375CC’ DROP AND FLUFF?! :( stressing!!

I’m 5”3 and 62Kg in weight, I had 375cc high profile silicone implants 7 days ago and I was a 32B before hand
Feel disappointed with outcome at the moment. Thought I was going to be a lot bigger and fuller. They look bigger from the side but quite flat from the front. Please can someone reassure me! Will they drop and fluff and if so does anyone think I will go a lot bigger once they do? ????
I just cant see how they will go bigger.
