Hi ladies, just wondering if the type of bra you wear post op will interfere with dropping? I have 2 Macom bras which are snug but also have the m&s extra high impact sports bra, which I love, but as it’s tight & holds them high up, would this stop them from dropping? So confused by this as mine are still pretty high 3wks PO & was wondering if I’m keeping them too snug! I’m seeing the nurse tomorrow so will ask her too. Just wondered if anyone else is thinking the same xxx

Hey Amanda, I don’t think it will. I’m just over 3wpo and have macom and M&S one too. I wear my M&S one in the day as it’s tighter I find it more supportive and my macom at night. My nurse said as long as you feel like you have enough support than your fine. The post op bras are tight and supportive to stop them from dropping to much or to soon. Mine are still high and I don’t feel like they’ve dropped much but I’m not worried about it as it can take ages xxx

Hi girls. I’ve been told by my nurse I don’t have to wear a bra at night after 14days post op?
