Will telling the bank why you want a 0% credit affect you getting one??

going into santander tomorrow to try and get a 0% credit card to pay off £2000 but so scared if i tell them what its for i might not get one? Ive been told not to tell them what its for but im not sure?!
Can anyone help?
Should i say or not why i need the card?

Hiya. I don’t think they even ask you what it’s for do they? If so I wouldn’t tell them as its none of their business. They won’t question you about what you later put on your card, I’m putting my boobs on it xx

I was always told to avoid the whole cosmetic surgery reasoning, and have only ever said I’m buying a new car. Worked for me, got my £5k loan from the bank 10 mins later xxx

I do credit for banks and we give personal loans for boob jobs , as long as it isn’t illegal then a bank will fund it xx

Well he asked me and i just said personal reasons, but he was just asking me in general conversation rather than needing to know:) i was only in there 10 minutes and it was all done! Haha xxx

Hey huni when I had my bank check my acc and seen wot the payment was made to she said that’s fab as least they know that the money is being spent on silly things instead xx

10th april, but gonna go in now see if i can push it forward a few days so im not going back on day 10 po becausse im scared im not going to be healed enough!:/ ahh thats good then! Just got to wait a few days for card then ill be paying rest, but i can pay upto 21 days before op:) xxx
