    seems stupid question but id have thought aftet the swelling they would shrink..but then theres fluffing and ppl say they got bigger? still humming and hawing over 345 and 365 lol whys it so hard! xx

    At first they’ll probably get smaller due to swelling going down but then get bigger when the muscle relaxes x
