Wired / non-wired bras when to wear them?

I haven’t had my surgery yet, it’s booked for 1st August. But I stress over everything and anything, so I’m wondering about bras? When are you allowed to start wearing bras and do you wear wired or non-wired? I’ve seen mixed answers on here I’m so confused xx

From what my sugeon was saying it’s non wired bras for first 12 weeks then after you can wear wired bras but I haven’t had my op yet so I could be wrong I have my pre op to moz tho so gonna ask questions then xx
