Withdrawal symptoms from giving up smoking :(

One week today since I gave up!

Now I feel sicky, tired, keep waking up at night… When will it end! xx

are u using any help…patches make you feel quite ill for the 1st couple of weeks…I erupted in spots at wk 4 too… but after 6 weeks it was great…hate to admit it tho but I started again 6 years later…. poo!!

Im dreading giving up, thursday is my quit day and im on holiday with all smokers it mad and making me sad but its all for a good cause.

The actual giving up is fine, but the symptoms are not. I have loads of spots too! I gave up for 4 months last year too, started again when I went to Glastonbury I dont intend to start again (I hope) xx

Yep boob job in october the 5th so 2 weeks wednesday so got to give up, it would be easier if i was at home and no one was smoking but im with family and there all smokers and being on holiday makes it worse but well done for giving up i hope i dont find it to hard. xx when are u having your opp lisaloou xx

Im having 460 unders Lisa And if he cant fit them for any reason then he will give me 410 overs xx SO excited!!

Im in highgat hospital london, 340-360s not sure yet eill decide next week when i see Mr Adamo for the last time before the opp cant wait, thats the only reason im giving up is because i want my boobs done xx Lisalu71 is it ok to add u xx

hi how eird i gave up smoking 3 weeks ago and had the exact same probs! but it passed after about a week or so feel much better now! i went cold turkey x

Good luck hun! I had the problem in deciding bigger or smaller… always go bigger ive heard from 99% of girls on here xx

I went cold turkey too summer! Its really odd but when u think about it, smoking is a drug… and giving up drugs is hard! Horrible when u look at it like that! YUK xx

yep totally agree with u, so bigger is better then ok so 360s it is then unless he changes his mind on thrsday, will keep all updated xxx

Most people will always want their boobs to be bigger once they have got used to them so always best to allow for that! xx

Well done girls,not easy to give up smoking,people that have never smoked dont understand,but in a few weeks you will wonder whey you ever smoked in the first place,youll have beautiful new boobies beautiful skin,and you will look amazing.BIG WELL DONE.xxx
