Woahhhh my nipples are on fire ;)

9 days post op girls and luvin the new “Dollys” but my nipples are so sore they resemble cigar butts and are killing me please if you have anything that will help with this pleasssee let me know what’s good and how long does this symptom last.

I’m two and a half weeks post op bad mine have just started doing this ….. the only thing I have managed ti do is teake my bra off fir a few mins but hold my books and DON’T touch my nipples xx

Ice pack?

Me best friend put one ice cude in a freezer bag and shoved it in her bra either side, only do it for a minute or two though, I don’t want to be responsible for nipples getting frostbite!
