Hiya just wondering if anyone else on here in the same situation where theyve had a child and their boobies have become saggy and empty have been able to just have an implant to lift them a bit ad regain fullness rather then a full uplift along with a ba? I had my son a year ago and my bbs are more or less just skin at the top now (36D) and basically i just want them filling out and as im quite tall would like maybe an e of f cup as i read augmented bbs dont appear like that size and was wondering if a larger implant would do the trick at least until they need replacing then i can have the uplift then? Im 26 so when im 36 ill be more willing to go ahead with an uplift then.

Or would the large implants just make them sag down even more or would that depend on the placement of them over or under?? Im going to see Mr Adamo on tuesday for my consultation and i read he likes the more natural look which is good cuz i dont want them to look really fake or really glamour model but just to be full again at the top and a nice rounder shape.

    Thanks Lisa xx

    Hi Lisa

Going on what you’ve said I think he may suggest an uplift, especially if they are quite empty?!

Mr Singh said that i could get away with a BA BUT it wouldnt last very long and they would sag again after a yr or so due to the amount of sag/skin/current emptyness. I was more than happy to have an uplift and BA as long as my boobies are round, pert and solid not saggy and empty :(

Let me know what he says… Good Luck!!

hi there! i was exactly in the same position as you after having my 2nd baby last december! i had my boobs done 8 weeks ago. i originally wanted just a large implant, but the surgeon recommened i have implant and uplift! as he said after about 3-4 years i would need them doing again, as they would drop and sag!! my boobs were very saggy to start with, so ididnt want them dropping anymore especailly with great big implant weighing them down! what scared me was paying more!! but i am so glad i did it now!! as i girl i met had boob job and paid
