How tight are the Macoms actually meant to be? I know it supposed to be reasonably tight as its got to support the new boobs .. when i take mine off to put bio oil on it feels like such a relief and when i put it back on it sort of squishes them together a bit.. is this right? :S
p.s just sneezed for the first time since the new additions.. ouch! haha xx
I feel like this hun! And I’ve sneezed a few times it isn’t pleasent is it .. I tried tha asdas sports bra but it doesn’t feel like its giving the support like the macom does xxx
Yeah its not the nicest feeling, had to hold on to my boobs! haha! Hmm.. i only have one Macom, i need to get some more though as iv already managed to get chocolate on this one lmao! Can anyone suggest some good supportive ones to us? (That arent really expensive!) xxx
I’m still pre op but have been asking the question about support bras, some suggestions were M&S post op bras and shock absorber bras, i think you can get them from very.co.uk.
my macom does the same to me, but i got the nurse to check it wasnt too tight today and she said it was perfect and needed to be like that. when i undo mine, a relief spreads through the skin!! i’ve got mine on the tighest and I am a 34 back so i have the medium one xx
They’re not supposed to be tight at all. Surgeon told me that if it is too tight it can slow the healing process, supposed to be there for support but not to restrict. If it doesn’t feel comfy then it’s probably not right xx
