Wonky Boobs

Hi Girls,

I am 1 week and 1 day post op and I am all good apart from the fact that my boobs seem a bit uneven…is anyone else the same?

My boobs were very wonky the first few weeks weeks, one was alot lower and bigger than the other. I was really unhappy and convinced myself that they would need redoing. They were really bad, so obvious i hated them.

At 4 weeks post op i went to see my surgeon and he said just give it time and took measurements, there was only 1/2cm difference between them, this was the exact same difference when he took measurements before the op. If i would have shown anyone pics on here at week 1 everyone would have been “oh my god thats not right”

I took pictures each week so i could see if they would change, and from week 1 to week 5 they have changed loads. My latest pic i took last night and they are virtually even now, just alittle bit more catching up and they will be sorted. i will be 6 weeks post op on wednesday

I thought i was being fobbed off when he said give it time, but its true, they will even out. try not to worry xx

Thanks for the reply…my left boobs looks like I’ve had a massive implant…nice and round and full but my right one looks a bit like a deflated balloon I had a photo with my friend and it is so noticable-gutted. I haven’t been back to Mya as yet but the nurse is aware as I mentioned it when I had my dressings off. I’ve been taking pictures too-just feel a little flat about the whole thing.

Hey girls I’m glad I seen this as I’m 9 days post op and my left boob is smaller than my right, it looks really bad on the pics but still gona mention it to the nurse when I have dressings off

Hi Girls

HOnest they will settle and catch up with each other. I know it may seem like a lame excuse but it’s true, they settle at different rates. Mine are still changing but i am alot happier with them now compared to a few weeks ago. And because i know how bad they were when i first had them done and how much they have changed since, i feel tons better because it’s true, just need to give them time.

Hey i had one nipple point one way and the other pointing another way, imagine how i felt and it looked like i had different size implants, but its loads better now. Also what my surgeon pointed out to me was that everyone has different size breasts or one nipple slightly off centre and having a BA with make it seem more obvious. But it does settle. I am now measuring an E/F in la senza and ann summers am really happy now.

I cant wait to get my bikini on for my hols!!

You both will be fine i’m sure, please don’t worry, i know its easier said than done but you will soon love them xxx
