wooooooo im all ready now, 2 week countdown

Had my pre-op and surgeon meeting yesterday. Mr T is fab, he has agreed to the 410cc so I am so pleased. Roll on the 23rd

Yay, exciting! I’m in the day before with Mr T with 410cc overs not long now! It’s come round so quick!

I’ve got my pre-op tomorrow so it will all finally seem real!

oh its so exciting, ya know thats one thing i forgot to ask 😳 lol, weather they are over and unders. its a bit of a blur really as my appointment was brought forward, had to do the 2hr drive to get there asap and he was running late etc etc. now i know some girls with MrT havent had to wear a sports bra. Have you with your overs?? x x

I’m still pre op hun, having my op day before you I’m sure i’ve heard other girls say that they had to wear a sports bra with overs so i’m assuming i’ll be the same, i’ve brought some anyway so i’m all prepared!

You should just email or phone your PC and ask her if he wrote overs or unders in your notes, i’m sure will help

I remember coming out of my consultation and thinking, damn! So many more questions I needed to ask lol once your in there it all seems to disappear out of your head lol

Did u girls pay for it on finance? If so roughly how much per month is it. Trying to work out whats best.

not sure on the finance side hun, I saved for mine. I think I did read somewhere that it starts from £99 a month, not sure on the apr and obviously the amount you put down as a deposit. Which clinic are you going to? x x

Hi Jewelz, I didn’t take the finance option with mya, i got a top up on an exsiting loan i already had as i was given a really good apr.

I know a few girls have got 0% credit cards, just shop around hun and see what can get xx

Im not sure if i should wait as long as i can and save up a few grand then take out the 12 months interest free. I will def look into the c/c, thats sounds like a good plan. thanks

Does any of you have concerns about telling family members lol im dredding telling my step dad infact i dont think i will, i will just deny it like the celebs do lol. Its terrible really, im married with a child and i still get worried about the parents lol

Well luckily I don’t see either of my parents so i’ve not had to tell them, the biggest thing I was worried about was telling the people at work. A few of them were really horrible about it and saying I would look stupid blah blah blah but a few were really good about it!

Also my bf and close friends have been soooo supportive!

At the end of the day, we’re doing this to make ourselves feel good about our bodies so stuff what anyone else thinks

Plus you have all the girlies on this forum who will always support you xxx

I wish people like would would keep their opinions to themselves , but im glad your still going ahead with it.

My hubby is being great, ive been wearing triple x bras from la senza so i look like my chest is big so im just going to deny it if anyone asks if ive had one done, less hassel. Yeah your right with that, i just want to feel happy and confident so stuff what anyone thinks

I’m the same with the triple gel bras and air boost ones haha, no one will be able to tell!

I think alot of peoples negative views are down to jealousy anyway, or at least I like to think they are haha!

I don’t think anything would put me off now, people can say as many bad things as they like, i’ll be the one strutting around with nice big pert boobies LOL xxx

I only told my mum a week before my op! I was dreading telling her but she was really good about it – even through she didn’t want me to do it. When she asked me when I was thinking of going for it, I had to say “errrrr next week”! I didn’t want to tell my dad but she felt she had to as she didn’t want to keep anything from him, but he’s still not even mentioned it to me and I’m a week post op! Bear in mind I live with them lol.

I’ve been careful to not go round shouting about it, it’s not something I feel people need to know. I’ve just told the people I know will be supportive and happy for me – I don’t choose to have people in my life that wouldn’t be happy for me to be honest x x
