Worried about infection from bra

Took my steri strips off about a week ago and have been worrying about infection from my macom bra ever since, especially since yesterday when the nurse tightened it up and made the edge of it sit right over the scars *worried frown*. I don’t have any spare cash to get those scar sheets yet so i’m wondering if there’s anything else i can do? I’m 4 weeks post op on saturday x
