Worried about my scar around nipple help

Hi ladies, I’m 10days post op I know it’s still early days I’m just really worried my steri strips are still on my scarring around nipple as I had my ba through the nipple. the nurse said try to peal off gently when wet if they tug just to leave them which I have. Will they eventually peal off? and my scars look quite scared its quite upsetting, am I overreacting because it’s too early ? I just want the scabs to heal!! Any advice would be great thanks girls xxxx
