Worried about scars….

Hey girls

I’m almost 7 wks po and my scars still pretty much look the same they are quite red still and haven’t shown signs on fading.

Was just interested to see when anyone saw signs of scars fading and when I could expect this? Worried they should of disappeared by now!!

Bio oil hun, 2-3 times a day. x

I haven’t had my check up with the surgeon yet so thy said not to put anything on them til I saw them first. I’m just concerned about the redness and that it won’t go! When did u start with bio oil? Xxx

Are you seeing any pus? If not, then I think the red scars are normal and will fade as time goes on. I’ve had an infection for the past 2 weeks so I haven’t been putting anything on mine. xx

Oh no puss or anything. They look quite neat just thought they would of faded a bit by now. By looking at some others pics there scars look pretty much gone by a few weeks! Sorry to hear you’ve got an infection hope that gets better soon xxx
