worried about size

hi im 5’4 size 8 and im having 380 unders, i’m now about 34b/maybe a small c. i’ve had 7 kids and want to fill out what i did have once, which was 34dd. do you think that will work, i would be happier to be a bit bigger then smaller as i dont want the saggy skin that i have right, my op 27th apirl im now worrying that its not enough and that they will look as bad as they do now .
