worried my implants will hurt like women with large breasts hurt!

hey girls

can anyone tell me post op if theyre boobs are now so big that they hurt?

women that want reductions say they want it cuz there boobs hurt dont they but if im making mine miles bigger im worried theyll hurt me (i dont mean at the time of surgery) later in life?

can anyone help please? im having either 460 or 525
