Worried! Post op advice

Hey all
I’m 18 DPO and I’m a little concerned. My op and my recovery has been a breeze and I absolutely love my new additions. However since my op I’ve been getting heart palpitations. Especially in the last week. I’ve also been getting this twitching under my right breast below the incision. The only way I can explain the sensation is it feels like a baby kick…. clearly it’s not but it’s the only way I can explain it.
Has anyone else experienced this…. I’m starting to get a bit freaked out and I’m starting to worry about going to sleep. Xx

Hi @clarey1013 how are you feeling today? I don’t have any post op advice unfortunately, but have you spoken to a nurse? It might just be the healing process but I think you should speak to a medical professional about it x

I would definitely speak to a Nurse Hun just to put your mind at rest about the palpations, they can be caused by lots of things like stress etc though so I’m sure nothing to worry about. Sounds like a muscle spasm under your incision though which is probably just due to the trauma, I occasionally get spasms too (as I’m writing this I’ve had one in my right boob too)! Hope you feel better soon xx

Thanks girls…. I’ve made a drs appointment for tomorrow. I’ve never had palpitations before so it’s a little concerning. Xx

Hey yeah I’m all good. Over doing it by running round after my two adorable children, uni and just normal daily life. So trying to take it a bit easier at the moment x
