Worried… Ripping

Hi girls, i’m 4 days PO i had BA & modified mastopexy

My right breast is painful it feels like the stitches are ripping open, i can see the incision scar at the beginning of the dressing but i can’t on the other side.

Has anyone else had this? I’m at the clinic on monday so dunno whether to just hold on to see the nurse amd try to take it easy x
