WORRIED THAT THE IMPLANT ISNT GOING TO FIT ON DATE OF SURGERY!!

Hi, Im really worried that on the day of my breast enlargement my implants are going to be to big and my skin isnt going to stretch!. This is my 3rd ba my first stretched me as far as i could go with 320cc then the 2nd with 525cc however my traynor says i can have 1138cc but my breasts are not atall saggy and are quite firm im really worried about waking up and him having been unsuccesful. Has anyone every had there skin stretched quite a lot with a ba? Im just really worried
