    Hi girls
After a lot of research I’ve found that girls with tubular breasts have to have an uplift too?!
I’m an a/b cup (never been measured. So embarrassing and I’m 20!) And I have slight tubular breasts.. I really can’t afford an uplift on top of an enlargement! Xx

Hi Rebecca, I’d never even heard of tubular breasts but hated the shape of mine and Dr Traynor told me its because they’re slightly tubular and then with weight loss they’ve become an even worse shape! He hasn’t mentioned anything about an uplift to me and I’m having 350 cc overs at the end of this month, cant wait!! 🙂

Haha I have the choice of Manchester, Preston and Doncaster they are all 2.5 hours away. When did you have your surgeon consultation with him?,cause I don’t think I’ll be able to travel to Manchester twice. I know he doesn’t see people in Newcastle only Mr mounir, trayner and kazazzi xx

Ah cool Rosa! I wanted Mr trayner all along I’m just so nervous I’ve heard a lot of people saying he tries to get you to have an uplift 🙁 I feel okay now though we will soon find out!
How long was your surgeon consultation after your initial consultation xx

I had my consultation last Thursday. Because it was so far to travel mya actually let me book my PC and surgeon consultation for the same day half an hour apart which was so much better than travelling twice xx

Yeh I wanted Dr Traynor from the start as i’d heard and seen such great things! No he wasn’t like that at all, I even asked him myself is it not best I have an uplift as well and he said that the implant itself does the lifting and shaping so theres no need 🙂 I’d say just prepare for him to be very straight forward and to the point if you choose to see him and he won’t do anything that he thinks is too big which i like as he is very work proud.

I had my pc consultation on the 19th March, my consultation with Traynor on the 25th march, preop 8th April (tomorrow!) and my op is on 29th April – crazy how quickly it all happens!

Hehe aww so exciting @rosa I can’t wait to meet him. Yeah lots of people say he is very straight forward which I don’t mind! I can’t get mine done until July the only time I have off is the next two weeks and I don’t think I’ll get in that quickly? Xx

I really liked him, hes really funny aswell! You might be able to, i’ve heard about late space openings they get and there was one girl i spoke to on here that had everything done within 2 weeks too. As soon as my op was booked i’ve become so inpatient, these next 3 weeks are gunna drag!

Hey, I had the same worry, I am a b cup (a very empty b cup since having my daughter) so I went for my consultation and mentioned this as I went to two other places for consultations too and they both said I would possibly need an uplift, then I booked to see Dr traynor and he is amazing!!!!!! I have a few white stretch marks on my breasts and like I said are an empty b cup and I mentioned the uplift and like the other lady said he said it wouldn’t be needed I think this is because there isn’t enough sagging skin, the implant will fill them! – I have my pre op tomorrow and then my sugery is 28th april!! Having 400ccc in one and 425 in the other 🙂 I think you will be fine, with your breasts being quite small to begin with they won’t be sagging enough to need an uplift too! 🙂 xx

Ps I loved Mr traynor! He’s straight to the point, but also is so thorough, honest and makes you feel really at ease! 🙂 xxx

Hi girls, I wasn’t aware before a consultation with the first surgeon I saw (at pupa) that i had slight tubular breasts- it had never occurred to me even though I knew i wanted them to be ’rounder’!

Anyhow, i’m on day 6 having had high profile 350cc unders with Mr Traynor and i’m more than happy with the result – having gone from a 32A/B to a 32DD (probably 32D once swelling has gone down). the shape is much better than i expected although they still have quite a bit of dropping and fluffing to do obviously!

I honestly think you can’t compare bodies, so trust your surgeon! Traynor advised that high profile would still ‘spread’ the tissue at the front of the boob so should give a rounder effect and that’s exactly what’s happened so far! if you’re narrow round the chest but still want the volume, then apparently high profile might be the best option. so many choices!

    Good luck!

I’m with Mr Traynor as well and he said I wouldn’t need an uplift. I even asked him if he was sure haha! I’ve ended up with HP 350 overs and he’s reducing the size of my areola and moving the crease under my breasts down to make them look a bit more normal. He is very straight to the point and tells you exactly what needs to be done. I think uplifts would be for people with larger boobs to start with maybe? Cost wise im paying between what a normal ba would cost and ba with uplift. So not too bad because I’d convinced myself I’d need the uplift as well.
I’m only having my op on the 19th of May though, so can’t really give any advice. Go and see a PC and a surgeon and see what they suggest. Mr Traynor is very to the point, but in a very nice way!

Francesca, hope you don’t mind the add. Youve had the same size as me and started out the same size, but I’m having overs. I’d like to have a look to see what sort of result you’ve got 🙂

Thanks @jo, are you paying more because of the surgery on your areolas? Mine are quite small so don’t think I’ll need one but I’ll let you know! Xx

i went into my consultation expecting to be offered an uplift and 400-600 implant, i had it in my mind i needed an uplift so when mr traynor said 600 minimum to fill out my breasts, knowing i wanted big buzzoms, i said about having a lift and he said no to a lift, i asked if i needed a nipple lift and he said no to that too.. i was so glad as worried i needed a lift as going from a 34e/36dd empty saggy to me, he said he wouldnt do a lift even if i wanted one because it wasnt nessessary, u suppose if i wanted little firm boobs id opt for one and hed probably do it but i wouldnt worry hun, hes an amazing surgeon and listens to what you desire, but giving all his input and advice, i didnt feel like i went against him because he wouldnt have done a certain size if he thought there were too many risks and the only risks he gave me to think about were stretch marks, and needing a lift in about 10 years, if i lost a lot of weight, but gave me lots of advice on wearing sports bras religiously to bed and most days to keep them from sagging 🙂 hes a very good surgeon and friendly, he doesnt give alot of eye contact once hes writing his notes, try listen out when hes speaking hes irish and couldnt fully understand him so had to keep saying paddon? pardon hehehe. hes got a funny sense of humour too, my boyfriend was in the chair laughing when he started talking about his son with broken beats headphones because my bf had some round his neck haha, hes just very straight to the point, but dont feel pressured if you have any concern or questions bring them up he listens and understands 🙂 xx

Yeah it was more because of the reduction. I wasn’t expecting it to be honest because I didn’t think they were that big! is today your surgeon consultation or just with your PC? Good luck! 🙂

Hi huni im having 700cc implants going from a deflated 38b and i have tubular shaped breast and i dont need and uplift as my nipples are in a good enough place but because of the tubular breasts im having the breast crease lowered abit to give it more of a round breast shape
