    Hi ladies,

I’m 9 days post op and had the split muscle technique. My right boob has been so much more painful than my left and last night I went to sit up in bed and I’m really worried I’ve torn something as I felt a searing pain. It’s still a bit sore today but I feel like I’ve taken a step back in my recovery. It’s not bleeding or anything like that from the incision but I I’m really worried.

Has this happened to anyone before? 🙁

Hey Sophie, this hasn’t happened to me but it may be worth giving your pc/nurse a ring. Tell her your concerns she may want to see you or at least offer advice xx

It hasn’t happened to me either Sophie and sad to hear you’re back in pain again.
I would take Ruth’s advice and contact my nurse. It may be nothing but you’re stressing out which on this stage of recovery is not needed.

Let us know how situation looks like xx
