Worrying about MYA aftercare…

I plan to have my BA in July but ive read so many negative posts about the aftercare and its worrying me! Is anyone having the same worry?

Yeh it looks like they dont call or anything.

And they call 24hours before the admisson time :S?

I got my admission time 3 days before, my PC rang me the day of my Op, the nurse the day after. 1 weeks post op appt great on time with an excellent nurse.

Your always going to never get it right all the time. But I really think MYA are second to none

I work for the NHS and they could learn a thing or two

i got my admission 4 days before my op and a call from my pc the day before my op. i got home last night from highgate and have already had 3 calls from my pc and nurses checking on my. so far so good. x

I know there is mixed reviews on here but I can only really recommended MYA aftercare…

I was given my time 3days before, my PC rang me and my mum on day of my op, and day after, nurse rang me day before and after too.

Also I got worried about a few things, had a few problems with stitches, rang the nurse she fitted me in that same day to check everything was ok and took her time calming me down and explaining stuff when I was there. She fitted me in to see the surgeon the next day just to check everything and booked a follow up appointment a week later just to put my mind at rest! Had 2 calls since from nurse and PC to check I’m ok. Also have found it really easy to get hold of people when I needed help. Everything has been great so far x

Mya have been excellent with me. Would recommend them to anybody x

He didn’t ring me with my time til 24hrs b4 but I took it into my own hands 3 days before and for my time from my pc then. I.can throughly recommend mya they have been fab, I had 3 calls day b4 my op from them to wish me luck etc, I wouldn’t have had it any other way xx

my ops the 10th of may and they told me the info today !

They must of known i was talkin about them x

I cant fault them to be honest, I had an amazing experience with MYA.xxx

Mya have been excellent with me too xx no complaints…. Would recommend them to anybody and everybody x
