wot do u think i will need

im having rhinoplasy my meeting with the surgeon isnt till 25th. i need nasal hump filing down the tip lifing a tiny bit and bringing closer to face. i have a pik i made of wot i want it to look like and wot it looks like now. i can put it on hear if u want a look and u can tell me if i need open or closed.
