With the size you are already i am guessing you wud be offered a 300,340 and possibly 380, or maybe the smaller 280 size.
if you want a c cup then a 280 would prob do it. But you,ll find what ever you choose, you will prob measure bigger than expected. When you have a consulation, you can advise the surgeon what size you woud like to be, then they will offer the implants, but they can’t give you a definate answer in the size department. For example, i was a saggy 34b after having kids, and wanted to be about a dd, and i had 340cc implants and now measure a 32f. But they only look a dd in clothes, there not massive like they sound.
I think if you have a 340cc you would end up with very nice size boobs, and wud prob measure a d cup. my friend was only an a cup and she had 340cc partial unders and hers are lovely, there perfect for her frame and not too big at all. She is a size 6 aswell, so quite slim, but they look perfect.
So in my opinion, if you want a nice size go for a 340cc.
You have to remember aswell, the size also depends on how much breast tissue you have to start with, as i was a 34b and had 340cc and ended up a 32f, where as my friend has 340cc aswell and was only an a cup and ended up a d cup.
