    Hi all,

Hi, I had my BA on tuesday and I must admit after all the drugs they give you, you really cant be bothered leaving you bed and at the time I kept thinking I wish I was staying… I wasnt in any pain what so ever though. On the way home you can feel every bump in the road and its not the comfiest of journeys (definitely recommend taking a pillow) but by the time I got home I was aching like mad! When I woke up in the morning I was a lot stiffer and I remember thinking thank god I came home the night before and didnt have to go through the journey home again as it would have been a lot worse!
    Hope this makes sense…..?? xx

    Hi Leanne,

which surgeon did you have? Have you seen anyone with pics of low profiles? I am having mr Traynor on the 2nd of April and am unsure what to have, want very natural and like the round look.

OVERNIGHT WAS GOOD FOR ME!! WENT THROUGH TRANSFORM AND HAVE 2 KIDS, SO IT WAS A NICE BREAK FOR ME!!
AFTER MY OP I LIAD IN BED AND HAD A 3 COURSE MEAL! THEN THE DAY AFTER A NICE BREAKFAST!!
THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS REALLY RELAXING!! THE PAIN HURT A BIT, BUT IT HURTS MORE WHEN YOU GET HOME! ID SAY AROUND DAY 2 THE FULL STIFFNESS KICKS IN!! IT IS PROB BEST COMING STRAIGHT HOME AFTER YA OP, (AND CHEAPER!) AS THE ANESTHETIC IS STILL IN YA BODY SOT HE PAINS NOT SO BAD! SO DOESNT REALLY MATTER IF YOU STAY OVERNIGHT OR NOT x

    hi,

i came home on wednesday night i was supposed to stay but i just couldn’t get comfortable and it was really noisy i was really pleased to go home my mum had my kids so i came home and got straight into bed ,

everyone is different after having my babies i loved staying in hospital but this time i just didn’t want to.

i’ve not had any pain at all so that made the choice easier i suppose if your in a lot of pain your probably best staying put.

I had my BA done at Highgate yesterday as a day case, I wouldn’t have wanted to stay the night, I think it’s better to go home to your own bed or to a nice hotel to relax, but obviously everyone is different :-)

I had a day case at Highgate on Wed and to be honest it was so nice there that I would have loved to have stayed overnight, good food, tv and a cosy cosy bed !!! ha ha … It was like a really nice hotel .. But I left at 6pm :-( ……….. I am not in any pain though whatsoever, just feels really tight and yes the drugs make you so so tired, I still am now xxx

I stayed overnight in Highgate and it was lush, really glad I did cos I was sooo tired I could only just get up to go to the loo, plus it was nice to know the staff were on hand if I woke up in the night and something had gone wrong lol! Lush food too!! xx

I had an overnight stay at Highgate, as i live over 2 and a half hours drive away. To be honest, i wanted to stay overnight as i just felt safer knowing that if there was a problem then there would be someone there! x
