Would love to hear your experiences! Need help with surgeon choice

I’ve been researching for years and I’ve finally decided to go for a breast augmentation. I’m currently a an empty 34C and hoping to go to a DD or bigger. If you had your surgery done in London, could you tell me who done the surgery and if you were happy etc!? So anxious about making the wrong decision so I’m trying to get as much info as possible. If you’re happy to share before and after pictures that would be great also!
