Be kind enough to take a look at my pics as I’ve just uploaded some pre op ones, I asked my surgeon for a natural look so He suggested unders, but now I like the look of overs, I know not everyone can have overs though so my question is to girls that do, does it look like I maybe could have overs with what tissue I have? I’m going back to see him tuesday. Also wanting bigger than what he’s offered me. Thanks in advance xx

Hiya hun I don’t have any more breast tissue than you do and I’d say I’m kind of similar to you in that most of my tissue is at the bottom of my boobs without any fullness at the top. Overs were recommended for me by both surgeons I saw but I’d say that’s because I play a lot of sport and was very concerned about recovery times etc with unders so I told them I would prefer overs if poss.

I’m not a surgeon and not even had my op but from pics I’ve seen and what has been recommended for me I’d imagine you’d probably be find with overs or unders and the surgeon probably thought unders would be best if you seemed most concerned with looking natural.

Maybe some post op girls with overs can help? xx

What size were you thinking of? Obviously that would play a part in whether unders or overs would be best too xx

He offered me 340 but I’m having Mr kazzazi and I know he’s more of a unders surgeon, so I can ask for nothing I suppose xx

i was only offered unders, but i wanted them really, and i love my natural boobs now xx

Mr. Kazzazi offered me unders too because of the size I want and because I want them to look natural. He didn’t offer me overs but I didn’t ask if I could have overs because I already knew I wanted them under!! Loads of my friends have had theirs done with Mya, unders and overs so I’ve seen both looks and to be honest, they all look really good! xxx

i think you may have enough tissue for overs, but i do think you should have another app with your surgeon to discuss your options of them

although with overs you tend to recover faster, and given it took me so long to do normal things, i may have had them if offered, but i was set on unders, and was only offered them, there was no chance of be having overs xx

I have an appointment on tuesday with Mr k to discuss it again. I won’t be dissapointed if He says unders as they all look great just easier with recovery etc to have overs. Ayy well we shall see xx

I’m having 525 unders. Definately go see him again if you are worried about which to choose. If he’s offered you unders then it’s probably because you don’t have enough tissue. They know what they’re doing and will only offer you what is right for you. They won’t let you have anything bigger than what your body can take otherwise you’ll end up being damaged. xxx

I always didn’t think I had enough for overs although I always preferred that. Well I am getting overs now. I have some fullness on the bottom but nothing on top, however, there is some fat and I don’t have a bony chest. I added you.

I said I wanted unders at the time, as I was just told overs looked fake but now looking at other peoples I Think they look natural. Yea mines all at bottom too lol xx.

lulup20 has some great overs. You don’t have less tissue than her or I do.

I’ve had overs with dr kazazzi. So happy with mine they look so natural. He will advise on what beat suits your body so trust him and go along with his advise he knows best x

Mine were also all at the bottom.I always liked the shape of them they were never saggy just not alot to them, I think people need to explain to the surgeon the look they want, I spent the 2 weeks before my op worried about if I was having the right placement. you hear unders are more natural so much on here, but I think there is more to it than that, such as your natural breast, the profile, your breast pockets the look you told the surgeon u wanted etc. There are advantages and disadvantages to both, oooroxanneooo has amazing unders, Casmine has amzing overs, Once you have decided try not to look at others on here thats what i did everyones breasts are different ive seen people on here with the same implant size and a totally different look. I think i drove my Husband insane the weeks before my op he said trust your surgeon he does this everyday. For some girls with little tissue give them a large high profile and they will look fake for someone like me with a loss of volume a nice smallish implant is going to fill the pocket nicely, plump up the skin and has given me a nice lift, Day 5 and they feel like they are rising up higher

Thanyou lulup, I just Think i need to have a proper conversation with him, when I had my consult it was last September and I didn’t really explain properly what I wanted just I wanted really natural, and that was it. So gonna see him again and explain properly what I’d like to look like if He says unders are the best option for me then that’s fine too xx
