wow mya are pathetic

Seriously, I don’t even know why I didn’t change my pc straight away! After me complaining on here oo surprise surprise my pc rings me (which she never does) and then leaves me a voicemail saying there could potentially be a closer date but only if I’ve had my pre-op! She knows I clearly haven’t had any pre op cause she hasent even asked/told me or arranged it for me! How unorganized I feel sorry for anyone else who has her! No point changing now only got 5 weeks to go.. And still seen more people with closer op dates.. Pathetic.

Sorry about that. Iv never heard a thing from my pc and my ops on Wednesday been booked since earLyl feb.. Spoke to th receptionis about a few things who was actually very helpful but could never get in touch with my pc. X

Ask for Krystina Adams shes great, very easy to get hold of! always texts me to see how i am an answers any questions ive got pre op an 4 weeks po x

Rhino at highgate too I booked beggining of febuary and the only date was may14th since then I’ve seen loads of people with earlier dates x

My PC told me when i first met her that there was nothing sooner i have been waiting for so long now but my PC is really nice and i wouldnt change her! xxx

Are you at a London clinic? If so which one? I’m at upperwimpole st and my pc is Nadja and she’s amazing couldn’t ask for better x

I’m at upper wimpole I have Hanah star she is so lovely amount of emails and txt I have sent her she replays back straight away she is so helpful xxx

I have krystina in Bristol- she is amazing actually a lovely person and checks up on me all the it time had my BA yesterday and I’ve had two texts and two calls one from Krystina and one from the clinic nurse Kate. All been very lovely and helpful really feel like I’m being taken care of. If you are having problems with your pc definitely talk to them about it, this is their job so they should be helping you with what you need. Good luck xx

I can’t believe there is such varying levels of service. My pc is Fay in Bristol and she has been more than brilliant. She is so thorough and helpful and makes a real effort to get back to me asap when I’ve left her messages etc. Sorry to hear you’re not getting treated in the same way Best of luck hun xx

i have Krystina in Bristol too. Shes amazing, she text me about 20 mins ago answering a query I had earlier and shes done a great job with everything, got the surgery extended for the date and surgeon I wanted and has been brill x

this is not gd atall, they need to employ new pc’s i think they should always answer! i had hollie green she was amazing soo lovely & she text me EVERY day after my op asking how i was & if i had any problems she was always there x

I have to second the opinions of krystina and Kate the nurse. They are amazing and very easy to get hold of. I have really been looked after by them x

My pc has seriously bad customer services issues!!!!!she doesn’t actualy speak to me she texts….how bloody rude and I’m with the Brighton team….I was wanderin if I could have advice as I’ve been left livid today as I booked my tt in feb for 15th may with my priorty being the after care as near to home as poss….promised oh yes all after care here only have to go to London for the op to be told today there is no nurses in Brighton in may!!!!how bad is that I refuse to travel to London for after care when I’m paying what I’ve paid…and in fairness you expect staff problems with nhs not when your private????so who do I contact to get my money back?nobody is replying to me….my pc texts to appologise….I want to talk to someone not messages….agh sorry to go on but I’m sooo upset but for nearly seven grand I ain’t budging! Please help peeps!xxx

I had problems with my PC as well! First consultation and she was useless. She was 50 minutes late did everything in a hurry! I complained on here and the MYA Mod got in touch straight away and I have now been appointed a new PC who is lovely.

If you are not happy ask them to change it and they will. I was ready to go somewhere else for my BA, however after having the MYA mod on the phone and meeting my new PC my faith has been restored. Good luck! xx

Hi emsy, I’m with Brighton too & my op is may 11th, I’ve too been told I have to go all the way to London for my post op checks, which before I got told would be in Brighton!! Can’t really afford to travel to London another 3 times!! xx

Ey they could get a agency nurse to clean wounds and change dressings?it really isn’t good enough and I’m gunna try my best to put it right…..x

I also got told today at my prop!!!!it isn’t cheap to travel that far….surly it would be cheaper for them to send a nurse down to Brighton than have unhappy patients and Typa75 I have sent a message to the mod on here….I don’t know how to start a topic up.xxxx
