You can shower and don't have to wear a bra..

is Mr Adamo’s rules. I asked him why and he said its just his habits but i’m wondering if he means I cant wear a bra for 6 weeks I have to go back to the office after a week…. I may be being blonde lol

I wore a soft bra [also adamo] at 2.5 weeks when out of the house. – on my profile hun – ebay is a good bet or urban outfitters x

I showered after 2 days (just didn’t get water on my dressings) and HATED my macom so wore it on and off and switched to soft bras/crop tops at about 2 weeks, as soon as I felt I didn’t need the support, but I mostly have been wearing soft bandeau tops. I didn’t get to see my surgeon after the op for v long as she had to rush off so I just made up my own rules, including wearing a breast band which I SWEAR helped them drop super fast. Tum te tum!

Thanks girls I’ll look for some soft ones then, I guess I can take them back if I dont use them. Not sure about no bra!! But the cotton wool sounds like a good idea lol I think I will be a bit paranoid in the office that’s all. Thanks fairy I will have a look when I get home tonight, my boyf was looking over my shoulder last night so didn’t get a chance to look xx
