As for cc sizes they are measured equivalent of ml or grams I.e 400 cc is similar size to that of 400ml or 400 grams. A good test for this is the rice sizer test 🙂

Profiles are all about the width and projection of the implant … For example high profile means the implant has a smaller circumference but more height/projection. Moderate plus has a larger/wider circumference and slightly less projection. The surgeon will decide what profile is most suitable for your frame and rib set.

I think this depends on each person individually the best person to ask is your surgeon during your surgeon consultation … They will examine you and go through the options to get your desired result

Agree with Amy the Shock absorber ultimate run bra.

It could be the co-codemol …. Maybe take paracetamol or ibuprophen instead, you could always check with the nurse if your worried xx

I’ve not had my op yet … But I find he shock absorber really comfy … They do a few in their range but I feel the shock absorber ultimate run bra has the most support. The main thing is like Lauren said find ones that give you comfort and support 🙂 x

I’m different stats to you but you could always try doing some rice sizers to help give you an idea on what the size will look like. To do this you will need a clean pair pop socks or tights, dry rice and a sports bra. Measure the rice in a jug in ml … I.e 300cc implant is similar to that of 300ml, 250cc = 250 ml and so on … Once measured out pour I to one of the pop socks, tie the end and then you have a sample sizer, just repeat so you have two 🙂 xx

I’ve already started using bio oil now … Not sure if it will help or not but worth a try.
I’ve bought a shock absorber ultimate run bra from debenhams they are really comfy and loads of support (I was recommended this by quite a few other girls, went for my back size then my predicted cup was told there is stretch in them so should allow for swelling) shock absorber also do zip front ones too.
Out of the macom bras I’ve heard the I bra is better if you having larger implants as slightly longer so don’t rise up and rub on your stitches.
And alcohol depends on you …. If you drink regularly (everyday) then you need to stop two week pre op to make sure it’s completely out of your system … If your an occasional and non heavy drinker then I believe its 48hrs pre op

I’ve picked up a shock absorber ultimate run bra and will probably get a zip front one too, haven’t got my new boobs yet but love the bra so seems and straps feel very supportive 🙂 x

The shock absorber ultimate run bra is a lovely and supportive one. Shock absorber also do zip front bras too … Very handy if feeling sore. You can pick these up from debenhams xx
