Stacey I had one numb nipple too haha it’s so weird! Even now 2 weeks post op the feeling has returned but the sensations are still different in each one – one is just as it was before and the other one which was numb kind of feels tender and doesn’t react as quick as the other haha!!! hope you’re feeling okay – any pain is just temporary it all passes I promise 😀 xxxx

p.s. I’ve just added a couple more pics with smaller bandages – I’m getting them off tomorrow HOPEFULLY so will just keep adding more pics 😀 xxx

Hey guys I’ve accepted you all 🙂 @candy I would go a tiny bit bigger than what you feel comfortable with! I was adamant on going for 350 and I am so glad I stepped out my comfort zone and went for bigger even though I thought I’d regret it! The thing is though I am NOT skinny or petite I am just an average height 5ft5 size 12 so I’m not sure how small you are but bare in mind that they will look bigger on you if you are smaller than me! Some smaller girls look like they have huge boobs with 400cc but on me they look medium sized 😀 also dr.traynor said if you want to acheive a natural look and be about a D which is what I asked for then go for between 350-450 because I have a bigger frame he said 🙂 @eve I had high profiles I wasn’t offered anything else but they are absolutely fine as they drop anyways so no point going for tear drops that have dropped before they even go in haha!! @nina I am hoping for about 34DD/E my sports bras vary between those two xxxx

I’m a hairdresser and Im 6 days post op – I’ve booked 2 weeks off and I feel like I will be okay by 2 weeks but if someone asked me to blow dry now I’d have to put the brush where the sun don’t shine LOL!! On my 1st day back this lady with masses of hair who likes a big bouncy blow dry wanted to book in I was like ermmm I have no appts left that day lol so just be careful what you do 🙂 I’ve also booked to finish 2 hours early for my first two days back just to ease in to it. Hey guys! I’ll accept you all 🙂 … my surgery went well thank you <3 think I’ve been quite lucky as I was able to potter about from about day 3 😀 still achey and tender but all is good!! I’m so glad I went for the bigger size I was going to go for 350cc as I wanted them to be as natural as possible but think the 400s look natural and still a good size 😀 Amanda your boobies are amazing <3 I’ve got my 7 day check up tomorrow so hopefully get these massive pads off them! xxxxx

Agh that’s so weird!! I went for 400cc overs 🙂 I’ll give you an add! I’m way less sore today how are you feeling? The pain killers are great but they space me out a lot and I honestly could sleep all day on them I go so drowsy!! Can’t wait for my boobs to settle now though they look so strange to start with! Ahh Kate I’ll give you an add so I can see them when they are done 🙂 good luck!!! …. my PC is ringing me with dates I’m waiting til January and the dates aren’t up yet. I think I might have to ask if I can go for 375 as surely it’s better to risk being that tiny bit bigger than a bit too small … probs wont be a huge difference but it’s peace of mind. xx

also I’m a 10 on top but 12 on bottom and going from a 34B 5ft5 deffo more curvy than skinny so any advice is appreciated 🙂 xxx

Mel just looked at your pics – honestly not just saying this I think they look amazing!! This is the same result I’d like to Acheive but for my frame which is bigger than yours. You would look top heavy if you went too big you can still tell you are slim but with good boobs 🙂 sometimes big boobs can make you look bigger all over so don’t stress they’re lovely for your frame xxx

I haven’t had mine done yet but I asked Mr Traynor about unders and asked when they would start to drop and feel softer and he said at least 2-3 months so it really is early days 🙂 I’m sure you’ll get to love them over time…. if you research breast implants 1 year post op a few people have posted pics of 1 day post op then a few months post op and then 1 year post op and they look completely different on each pic 🙂 only on the 1 year post op pics do you really see that they look softer and closer together 🙂 hope you don’t mind the add either 🙂 xxxx

I’ve accepted you 🙂 Yeah i totally know what you mean @Paige he didn’t ask me what I wanted and I’ve only just remembered now that I didn’t question what type of implant I wanted! He just gave me the HP ones to try and now I’m wondering if I’d asked him about a natural look would he have given me a different type? However if you look at pics of implants spaced over 1 year they do actually seem to drop a lot and they do end up looking way more natural and tear drop like anyways due to gravity 🙂 I do feel like Dr.Traynor just assumed I wanted big round boobs lol when I want the total opposite 🙂 xxxx

Also to those who have had theirs done… you know the boob things you try on in the sports bra that represent the implant size… did you think your actual boobs turned out to be quite similar to what you tried on? xx

yeah I’m a small 34B so don’t have a massive pocket to fill but just hope 350 fills it enough 🙂 don’t want big boobs but deffo want plumped up versions of what I have haha xx @ayeshamush78

Yeah I was the same I was totally expecting unders as I assumed they were more natural but my PC said don’t assume anything because he will tell you what he thinks and you might be surprised! She was right because I got offered overs by mr traynor and he seemed to think that it was a myth about overs looking unnatural as long as there is enough tissue to disguise the implant xxxx

omg guys i feel so much better now thank you! I thought he was nice just so blunt and brief! and Abbie I totally agree – I would so much rather have a surgeon with a good rep even if he wasn’t the most talkative person in the world! When you asked for unders and he said “why not” I can totally imagine him saying that lol! He said he would go overs for me and I said why not unders I thought they were supposed to look more natural? and he said “who ever told you that? do you know any natural breasts that are under the muscle?” I said “no” he said “there you go then” and that was that lol but he said it in a way that made me think if I wanted unders he would do unders. But I suppose it’s better to trust his judgement! I will ask him again on the day 🙂 I didn’t realise we get so much say in what we want! But Keshia don’t worry about the over/under situation because what I tried to gather from Mr.Traynor (even if he didn’t explain it the best lol) is that if you have tissue it will look natural whether you go under or over … if you don’t have tissue then it wont look natural so it goes under. So I don’t think one looks more natural than the other in general it’s more based on the individual if that makes sense? I’ll give you an add guys 🙂

thanks guys I’ve read a lot about him he sounds amazing and I really don’t want any other surgeon apart from him – I guess he was running behind and was a bit rushed … he is also probably sick of everyone going back and saying they wished they had bigger lol so always offers them the biggest option! I defo feel like I loved the look of the 350cc I just hope they are a good representation of how they are actually going to look…. Claire I didn’t realise you can change your implant size on the actual day – I feel better about this as at least I can double check with him before my op that the size is right for what I want 🙂 … Yep missy that makes total sense I think I maybe freaked out thinking 450’s were massive but so many people say they measure bigger than they look. Just hope I’ve made the right choice going smaller 😀
