you are not supposed to use sun cream on sun beds. it does not protect you like it does in the sun. I have been on twice but am scared to go back on. The first two times i left my sports bra on and just pulled down the straps but i think i might go on the lie down ones so i can put socks or a towel over my scars/boobs. Someone suggested putting plasters over the scars too. I am in the same boat as you and am very unsure xxxxx

i left my sports bra on and just took the straps down. I guess infection risk is a bit higher due to the sweating on a sunbed and i guess that will increase leaving a sports bra on. I think as long as we keep an eye on our scars and ensure the colour does not start changing then we will be ok. I think i am going to wait until im 3 weeks PO too. Also i may go on the lay down ones and use a towel instead of a sports bra so that my back does not get marks on. xxxx

i might not use them anymore then, i just need a pre tan before my holiday and loads of people have said they are using them 🙁

i go on holiday in about 6 weeks, i am nearly 2 weeks post op and have used the sunbeds twice. i just left my sports bra on but just took the straps down. i also still have surgical plasters on so this is extra cover on my scars. i have seen people that or on here using sunbeds the same as me but just ensuring they cover there scars as that is the most important but also covering there boobs as the skin is stretched so it can burn easily. I am having my surgical plasters removed on thursday so today i am going to buy some thick plasters to put over my scars when i am using the sun bed and im also going to hold a black thick t shirt over my boobs after 2 weeks. Hope this helped.

they need to drop and get bigger too! i have seen so many pics 1 week post op and then 3 weeks post op and they look so much bigger after a few weeks!

are you going back to see the nurse tomorrow? its such a hard decision i dont know how you decided. My patient adviser told me to go with 350 but i feel like that will be too big, i would like to be a D/DD. i wish you was further on so i could see what they looked like further on but at the min yours look great! i will private message you now 🙂 xx

Thank you everyone for all your help! I have ordered both sizes now anyway as I really can’t make my mind up, my gut feeling is 325cc as I don’t want to be huge I just want to have something there that looks nice ! I have seen some people’s pictures who where like a/aa before surgery and had 350 and they just look huge, I think I may ask the surgeons opinion on the day because he hasn’t seen me try them in xxx

Anna how come you have gone to an E with such a small implant size? I thought you went up a cup size for every 150cc you get? xx

I feel like because i am a B if i get 350 i will end up bigger than D/DD. Thanks for the photos V you look amazing. ITs such a hard decision 🙁 And Nadia thats the same day that i am booked in, with the same surgeon too! I’m booked at Preston near manchester. My heads telling me to go with 325cc even though there is not much difference.

I am having the implants under the muscle, the surgeon never mention which profile i was having i will find this out tomorrow

i have no idea, they have not mentioned anything to do with profile. :(:(:(

Hi Amy what size where you before having your op? I have my OP in just under 2 weeks and my PC advised 350cc but i am only a size 6 and am currently 32b and i am worried they will look too big but yours look so good!
