Im 8 week post op and now occicasily wake up on my front I was sleeping on my side from about 3 weeks as I just wasn’t comfortable and felt absolutely fine, just do what you feel it best and don’t push yourself x

Just think it’s hilarious 3 years aftercare is a load of bolloks! I’ve finally managed to get hold of someone today after leaving 100s of messages x

I wish Leeds was like that! My nurse has also been great but overall just think they need to step it up xx

Oh yeah I don’t fault my surgeon at all I had Dr mounir and he was amazing! Of corse that is more important! But I always think the before and after care is important and not returning calls/texts at all is highly irritating x

I just get answer phone everytime x

I felt the same so much better without anything on! Although I have just bought some sports bras from primark that cover over your head but I pull them from the bottom over my legs and they are so comfy! Xx

I went back to work 10days post opp and went out just after two weeks post opp and was absolutely fine although I had 2 glasses of wine and did feel slightly drunk ha as I’d not drunk for a while before! Xx

I had my op on the 13th April and was dreading the sleeping as I always sleep on my front, but in all honestly it hasn’t been a problem as of yet it’s amazing how tired you will be after your op I think I could sleep anywhere! Xx

I was 2 weeks post op yesterday and just started to get these feeling today also like tingling feels very strange they also come and go but hoping they don’t last very long! Xx

I also wanted to do this I’ll be 3 weeks post op at the time and was told to contact my pc and she said not to as your meant to wear one 24/7 for 6 weeks xx

Yeah it would only be for a couple of hours I’m going to ring my pc and see what she says, I did forget to put one on last night after I’d got out of the shower and it felt amazing as soon as I realised I put one on, but obviously I have paid a lot and don’t want anything to go wrong, thanks ladies xx

Are you having overs or unders? I had overs but heard unders are a lot more painful and I was absolutely fine went for tea and things at 5 days post op, I’d reccomend a nap before you go though as I was just extra tired all the time but now back at work and seem ok xx

I love my maccom!! I’ve bought other sports bras but nothing else is as good! I found my maccom has really helped my healing too as I’ve never had a gap my boobs have been together since day 1 post op! Couldn’t reccomend then enough xx

Hello, I also read about this happening to a lot of girls and really hope it doesn’t happen to me at biggest I wouldn’t want to be bigger than a DD but I highly doubt I’ll be bigger as I’ve been wearing 36dd sports bra and feel that could be a bit big xx

I’m day 4 post opp and been like this today I think it’s because I’m normally out and about and haven’t left the house yet so probably just bordem and frustration xx

I’m only four days post opp and would love a large glass of rose!! But still on my antibiotics so going to wait and see what the nurse says on Monday xxx

Yeah mine have been swelling quite a lot but the ice seems to have taken it out a little and they don’t feel as heavy they still don’t feel like mine though haha!! Xx

Day 4 post opp, I’ve not needed to take any pain killers as yet but took some as the pain got bad and been to sleep and now fingers crossed the pain has gone I think the iced peas did the trick!

I also only wore my Maccom on day one then swapped to a normal sports bra as I felt my Maccom was to tight and I was so uncomfortable! Xx

Lucy I am the same as you! I cannot wait for my swelling to go down they feel huge! I am going to give the ice packs ago tomorrow I think! Can’t wait till they go down and feel normal!! Xxx

Hello, I was suppose to be having 350cc unders and changed my mind last min to have 325cc overs as I felt the 350 were to big as I wanted mine to look natural as possible, at the moment I can’t really tell what there going to look like as they just feel huge and swollen (post opp day 3) I’m hoping over the next few days they drop and become more part of me haha!! Xx

I think the good things the worst but when you get there you forget all about it because your just so excited!! Well I did anyway and when I woke up I got offered toast and tea almost straight away so that was good! And I was petrified of been put to sleep but it’s nothin to worry about, you feel a tiny scratch and before you can think about it your asleep I don’t remember a thing ha!! Xx

Don’t be nervous honestly it’s all worth it I was such a need oh th day of my opp but as soon as I’d seen my surgeon and nurse I was fine just try keep calm I know it’s hard but honestly it’s all over before you know it

Heya I had my opp and Monday and so far so good not needed to take any more pain relief and it’s not really a pain just a tightening and I would defiantly take something fizzy to drink for when you wake up as you feel a bit shakey. Also I would recommend easy shoes to put on as you can’t move your arms much at first! Hope this helps good luck! Xx

Hello my first consultation was eith my pc Katy and lasted about an hour, although there was abit of waiting around, 2nd was with my surgeon where they recommend a size and what type of implant is best for you, when they have finished you go back to see your pc to try different sizes on xx

I had my opp yesterday at half 3 and honestly I can assure you the nerves ate not worth it although completely normal I was so excited on the day to get my new boobs but when I got to the hospital I was a mess I felt so sick, as soon as I had seen my nurse and surgeon I was fine! They make you feel so calm! And before you know it your waking up with your new boobs! Feel free to ask me any questions! Xx

Dressing gown and so glad I did as I felt naked in my gown ha!
Macom bra
Front fastening pjs to sleep in
Tracksuit to leave hospital and come home from hospital in
Easy slip on shoes were a god send!
And my iPad and phone as be prepared to wait my admission time was 10am and I went down at half 3 not as bad as other girls I’ve heard but trust mr when you haven’t eaten from 9 the night before feels like forever! Hope this helps feel free to message me any questions xx

I’ve had my opp today and woke up about an hour ago and I feel fine! Slight tight but not any serve pain. Honestly I was so worried and it was all over nothing it’s the waiting around that the worst! Good luck you will be fine honestly feel free to message me or ask any questions xx

I also got told one boob was higher than the other and it wouldn’t change after surgery but I never noticed before until it was mentioned but never was told that it would effect anything xxx
