The judgement is so hard when I had mine done I had 365cc and I looked ridiculous I hated them I looked like pammy lol but was told unless I had a complication I had to pay for a re op this wasn’t with mya but most have the same policies, I had to pay close to 3k for removal xxx

these look amazing bigger isn’t always better the shape is perfect and they do always fill out more afterwards! xoxox

You’ve just squeezed them in but they will definitely fill out once they settle everyone feels this way at the start I had 365cc and I thought they were tiny but after a few months mine measured a 32e! Just be patient 🙂 how u liking the teardrops? I’m torn between a teardrop or a round but with a mod profile. Boob dilemas! Lol xx

hello there! i had my implants removed…i had 365cc round unders always felt they were big on my petite frame….boob greed lol. going from flat i wanted as big as possible. i had them in 3.5years then found out i had pip implants so i decided to get them out. i was going to replace but at the time so much scandal i didnt trust any and didnt want to make irrational choices. im 16 months post op removal and i do think i want smaller ones put back in but not as big as before maybe a nice c cup. Just think about your decison as u dont want to remove then regret it and want smaller ones. so consider having smaller ones as well id say 🙂

Hey hun reading your post i know how u feel i had breast implants 4 yrs ago and removed them this year as worry of rupture etc only thing that started the worry was i had PIP implants. So off i went and had them removed. And now i want new ones as i did prefer being a bit fuller on top as im only an A cup. But i would say dont make hasty decisions to remove them unles u 100% dont want them anymore. And as for replacing them you shouldnt need to do that for a long long time unless you have complications. xxx

Hi Susie! i had mine removed after 3 and half years of having them. i had 365cc so very similar to you. i was a 32a and went up to a 32dd. i had high profile round ones. mine have gone back to basically how they were before. my skin has retracted very well. my surgeon said as i was young etc my skin elasticty was good. They tissue does take time to settle back tho. and i do have a slight dip in upper pole but its only when leaning forward. i defo prefer having smaller boobs cos im so petite. but i am considering a very small implant now just to fill my tissue out to a B cup, but its more for shape than size. unfortunately until u remove them u just wont know how they will look, as everybodys different, when deciding to remove or replace i was so emotional but i went with my gut instict and i thought if they look bad i can put new ones in, and if they look ok then good. I took the risk and it paid off. Like i said i could live with how mine are now but i may have the small implants just to plump out and give lil shape but defo prefer the small boobies, on myself. i look at other women and big boobs look so nice on them but for me i soon learnt id gone too big. u can ask me anything u like and ill try help xxx

Aww thanks Graciemac i get it now lol, yea i told them i wanted naturelles as vast more choice in achieving what you want. im so scared to have new implants after what i went through with the pip ones :S i do prefer having smaller boobs im back down to an A cup and i literally dont want to be much bigger just fuller so like a full B cup at most, cos this time its about wanting shape not size. so hence im going for 265cc and below but im more thinking 200cc or 175cc. xxx

Carmen23 yea i know what you mean i had 365 before and after 3 years they were alot lower than to begin with and were so heavy on my frame, mine were unders so didnt sag as much as overs, but now ive removed mine, theyve pretty much sprung back i have a slight dip in upper pole only when i lean forward tho. downsizing is high on my agenda if i have the new implants. xxx

Whats TRF? are u having round or anatomical? its so hard deciding?!! thie first op i had i went wayyyy too big for me so im scared ill pick wrong again xx

elle202 – who was this woman on real housewives of orange county?? i want to see how hers were after? loads of celebs have them removed kimberly stewart had hers removed she looks fine as did aylar lie the girl from the basshunter videos. it does just depend of factors like skin elasticity, age, if you breast fed with them etc. x

hey hun! omg your story is like mine! i had 365cc high profiles in oct 2008, i had them removed in jan this year and mine went back to how they were no saggy skin so it can be ok to remove. does depend on if you have breast fed or had children since having implants, but as i was young and good skin elasticity he siad id be fine so took the plunge! im so petite at 5ft 1″ i felt out of proportion, i loved wearing booby dresses etc but naked i looked top heavy and silly i was too greedy haha! but id think about swapping for smaller implants as im now thinking of having a smaller set just to add a bit of shape but rather than my massive dd or e boobs i want full b or small c cup at most! defo think hard tho! cos rushing decisions makes for regret and i know! if u have any questions fire at me

hey! well i had 365cc round high profiles in 2008 and had them removed in jan this year and my boobs have gone back to how they were pre op. no saggy skin, im now thinking of having new implants but alot smaller like a 265cc so its defo possible to go smaller, as i completely removed and my skin went back. and actually mine are a little bigger than pre ba maybe cos im older lol!

i think they say a year cos when mine were first in looked smaller than a year later when skin had stretched etc, although i later removed mine and now may be having smaller new ones, i change my mind too much!!

heyyyy! well i had a ba in 2008 with hospital group and found out i had pip implants….but i always thought mine were far too big for my petite body so i removed the implants in january this year so im back to an A cup and at first i loved having my small boobs back. But now im wanting big again and considering another op to reimplant. The thing i find is You always want what u havent got. The reason i chose not to reimplant in january when i removed them was because i thought i didnt know what i wanted at the time. The stresses boobs cause lol. Im sure u will be fine tho….nerves are understandable. Just own your decision. xxx

george85 yes thats what i want to be able to wear nice drapey clothes without the massive stuck on look but enough volume for some clevage in a nice lbd. cos im only a size 6 if i try but a nice size 6 dress my boobs wont fit i look silly i need like a size 12 to make them fit and then have to go get the dress taken in loads such an effort! x

hi alexsimner! im 5ft 1″ size 6, very petite. side view i just look a bit jordan lol but some people like that look so dont be discouraged in getting bigger implants. ive just seen pics of smaller boobs i like more. x

i had a lump in my arm pit after my ba, it may be calcium which u can get with implants ive read on net. xx

having small ones again doesnt bother me its just how the skin will look :S im going to see my surgeon in 3 weeks so ill see what he advises. If not complete removal maybe smaller implants. or i could have them out and then have a natural boob job at harley medical as they now do a boob job where they suck fat from other parts of ur body and then inject this into your boobs. sounds pretty cool xx

But id say wait and see how u feel its maybe just the shock in change of image cos uve gone from small to large instantly so it will be scary at first. Like if ur blonde and u dye ur hair dark sometimes u think ohhh wish i was back blonde but then after a while u get acustomed to it, its just getting used to what ur not used. xxx

yea im really petite boyish frame very little curves…size 6 i look just out of proportion, cos u have hips u probably look all in proportion imagine two watermelons glued to a toothpick….i dont think it looks hot lol x

I was a 32a/b before now a 32D, i had mine submuscular, and i got tld it can make them appear abit smaller as the implant is squashed tighter under the muscle?? not sure if thats true. Its a massive decision i know…if i cant have them out completely without needing a lift then smaller implants defo. I read a variation of stories….one woman had 800cc! and had them out after 5yrs and went back down to a B cup and hers look fine! its weird but some peoples wont its down to things like skin elasticity etc. But how do celebs like victoria beckham, kimberly stewart, jenna jameson all downsize again and look normal…do u think they are lucky or have uplifts?? xx

yea the saggyness is what scares me!! :S if i would end up like that id just opt for smaller moderate profiles. from the start id always thought i looked weird they r an amzing shape etc just too big. on another forum some woman had 800cc and hers werent stretched i suppose depends how much breast tissue u have and how elastic u skin is?? but if i do opt for explant after i wake up and dont like em im bk to square one its a massive decision!! xx

I only have 365cc unders but my ridcage is so narrow and mine are high profile i feel i look ridiclous and wish i kept my 32a/b boobies
