Hi Lauren sorry this is a late reply. Mine have settled to a 30/32 e/for but really depends where I shop. They will change alot overt the next few months x

Hey ladies. Did any of you come off your pill to have type operation? This can mess big time with your hormones. Especially if you’ve been used to a routine. I took a multi vitamin and tried to stay healthy during the recovery period. Was certainly a trying time. Also I noticed I took smaller shorter breaths. Which almost made me want to cry..remember to breathe deeper..and get your shoulders back. Ladies you got new boobies..there’s nothing to cry about any more..chin up..enjoy your summer honeys.p.so use probiotic like any sort of probiotic activia or yakultimate. It should help your tummy abs stop the bloat. But stay on it a whiley as the antibiotics will have killed alot of the good bacteria 🙂 x

Hi the bra says i&e on it. I got it in a sale dinnertime before my surgery. It’s a bit wee to be honest..but it holds me where I need to be. It’s a do up the front one with a halterneck. X

Ok..so I’m 5 weeks post op. And I’m squatting and doing baps leg exercises. I don’t do cardiovascular or impact sports. I just lift. But I’m taking it easy on the arms shoulders and chest for the time being. Low weight hi reps. I love my new bobbies and wouldn’t do anything to compromise the healing and settling process. X

Hey I stayed in the ibis..it was cheap and comfortable. No hassle. It’s just across the road from hospital too..so not much traffic to content with. 🙂 x

I wad the same and i was taken down about 10 15 10 30. I was back in my bed at 12 30. Out by 3 30..because i was bored and wanted to go stuff my face:) x

My initial wake up..just after surgery to check your responsive..was a bit weird. The nurse said i was shaking uncontrollably though i was perfectly calm. I could hear her asking me to breathe..so i think they must have given me something to stop it..because i was making the machine go ..i woke up feeling great 🙂 x p.s anybody else had that when waking up? X

Hey. Your frame is really what will determine how big you should go. I was an empty 32c/d which meant either an uplift now..or implants now and uplift later as they will drop and gravity will take hold. I’m prepared to do that in like 6/8 years no problem. They won’t last forever!.
The first surgeon i saw basically told me i needed an uplift and to go away and think about it. Mr traynor said it straight..no uplift..but you will need one later and to prevent them being on your stomach in 3 years..only have 400cc. Mac!
So wirth that refreshing bit of information..i said let’s do it..400cc max and I’ll see you in 7/10 years for a uplift!
So what’s your stats hun..and remember we had high profile too..so the projection is good. 🙂 x

Was In the exact same predicament as yourself, until I met Mr Traynor. Ended up with 400cc overs. Had surgery same day as Charlotte 🙂

Had mine done today with Dr Traynor. Was a little nervous, because I’d heard that he can be quite harsh and to the the point. However we get along like a house on fire. So..i was really excited after meeting him in the morning. He chatted to me in the passing after I went to the loo to make sure iwas OK and to keep my sports bra on! I’m soon glad I went with him and not the first surgeon I saw.

I’ve had 400cc overs from a 32c. 5’7 slim/athletic build 61kgs. Age30.
