3 weeks off work and have had an issue with nipple blister. Recovery is super painful, unlike the first two surgeries even the implant removal recovery was a breeze.

Sleep around 4 hours at night and have naps during the day. Sleeping upright is hard and has me a very sore back. Staying positive it’s only for a few weeks until the main healing stages are over. With each day pain does get better.

Week one bloating, swelling & back pain hardly any sleep, no bowl movement for 4 days (had some laxative to get things moving)

Week two sleeping & swelling a little better still with the back pain & bloating. Healing seems slow Dr Samouris wants to keep eye on the nipple healing  being treated with inadine. Have to keep the dressing on for another week
