@becki thanks so much I absolutely love them. I have only had numbness just in a tiny section below my left nipple but it doesn’t bother me as it’s such a tiny area. It’s slowly coming back a little every day. Other than that I have all sensation! Xx

@eevie yeah that’s how you have to look at them. Like they are 2 separate surgeries! The pains actually gone now. Can’t wait for my 2 week appointment to get my dressings off xxx

Just depends whether your constipated or not really. Tablets tend to clog you up. Just regularly take senacot every night even if you feel you don’t feel clogged up because that’s probably why xxxx

@goldie I haven’t had that cramping feeling yet but I’m sure it’s to come. Mine are still hard but they’ve dropped quite a lot since day 1 of the op. Have a look on my profile if you want I have loads of progress pics 🙂 I only take it off for a minute to look at them but I don’t leave it off for long. Apart from every few days when I put my Macom on the wash and leave it out to dry. But that’s no longer than 30 minutes and tbh I tend to put my Calvin Klein cotton bralette on as I don’t like the feeling at the mo without nothing on. My nurse has told me to make sure I don’t leave it off for long so I put the other on for support xxxx

And just KEEP ON TOP of your pain meds. Don’t wait until your in pain xxx

*havent bought a v pillow

DAY 1,2 and 3 were the worst for me so just keep telling yourself it will get better. It’s so frustrating and you just want to cry. Before you go to sleep just make sure your pillows are in the comfiest position possible and don’t try and sleep till you are comfy. I have bought a v pillow and I’m ok without to be honest. Just prop them up quite high in a v shape and put a harder pillow under your bum and also prop a cushion up under yours knees. (I have a very poorly back as it is and this has helped me for as long as I can remember) it stops you from getting a bad back. The softer your mattress the more likely you’ll suffer, you need to sleep on a harder pillow or something to support your back. I’m 1 week post op today and I have woke p feeling fab. Hardly any stiffness when I woke up so just remember it’s worth it. Happy healing xxxxx

@angela I hope you have healed ok too. Let me know what the nurse says if you mention your headaches. I hope it goes well for you!! Yeah I struggle to lift my arms up too so god know hahah!! I have been having shallow baths from day 2 haha I can’t go without washing I felt horrible xxx

It’s quite deceiving looking at other girls pictures because of you think about it. Someone with 350 cc who have a tiny size 6 upper body, they will look hugeeeee. But if someone with a wider frame up top has the same size, on a photo they will look smaller. You see what I mean? I think your boobs look absolutely amazing!!! Xxxz

YEah I get that like a really sharp pain in your head?? I thought something was wrong with me!! Yeah I like lying on my front too 🙁 I have my post op in 2 days so will ask then xx

Hi Jen, if you add me i have some photos on my profile. I had 350cc high profile under the muscle so the size will be only slightly different as theres nothing in 25cc. I was a 32 A! Still early days, I’m only 4 days post op but i love the size for my frame x

@hannah glad your feeling much better today. Nope I’ve not changed my bra yet. The other ones I bought were quite cheap and don’t have much support so I think tomorrow I will hand wash my Macom and put it back on. Give my boobs breathing time for 10 mins or so!!

Hey @becki I had mr Traynor. He’s so wonderful and his work is fantastic. He is so blunt and to the point on the day but I think that’s why I like him haha. He had a laugh with me before I went down for surgery so put me at ease! I ordered 300/325/350 and wasn’t sure. He said “so what size are we going for” and before I even spoke he said (in his little Scottish accent) “350 of course you are!” So I just went for it and I’m so happy I did. I’d say waking up this morning was the most pain I have been in but as soon as I got tablets down me I was ok and got myself comfy again xxxx

I went from a 32a and had surgery two days ago. I had 350cc high profile round unders and I am so so happy with the size. I thought I was going too big but they’re perfect on my frame. I’m quite petite up to, size 8 xxx

They look so good I hope mine turn out like yours. I’m only day 2 post op. When did your tightness and pain start to subside? I think I’m in the most pain Iv been yet this morning 🙁 xx
