350cc hp overs to 550/590/650 – help can’t decide!

I has 350cc hp overs in 2007 and was never happy with the results, always found them to be a bit too small as I have big hips and had no breast tissue to start with (barely a b cup). Went from a 34 small b to 34 small d and can even wear a c cup.

Been to see a surgeon and for the E cup he recommended 550 / 590 and 650 cc. I feel that my left breast is slightly bigger so have the option of 550 with 590 or 590 with 650. I’m worried I might look too big! Does anyone have any pics? I’m 5ft2 size 10/12. Always wanted full breasts to even out my hips but don’t want them too fake looking because of my height but he did all the measurements…..argh! Help!

I have 775 size 10 and they look fine I would 100% go with the bigger size you have been offered it won’t be too big trust me x

Hi, I currently have 340cc (9 years old) I’m having them replaced tomorrow for 555cc teardrop. I was a 34A before and now wear a 34C. I’ll let you know how they turn out. I’m 5’7

Iv had overs and now unders my preference is defently unders they seem more attached and in place and after rippling on the front of the implant I could do with more coverage and so far no rippling … and he’s done a better job of getting them closer … but I think it’s just whatever they recommend really

Thank you ladies. I breast fed all 3 children and have plenty of skin :-(. Although they don’t sag with the 350’s but I can see there’s plenty of give there. I’m so tempted to go with 650 overs with 590 in the other side. @ninab I hope everything went well and you’re happy with them x

All went well thank you. Just waiting to have my drains taken out. A little sore but nothing compared to the first time (I’ve had unders again). They’re solid and a little swollen but don’t look huge at all. I’m looking forward to seeing how they settle.

Aw that’s great. Glad everything went well. My sis had understand but I’m too scared of the recovery time with kids, work etc x

What’s the difference with hp and moderate? I can’t decide. I want fullness but also perkiness (I’m 43)

I have had uhp they are narrow more projection
Moderate wider
I have had moderate and as there bigger in cc they have slightly more projection but a lot wider they look so much better than before … x

I’m tempted to go for 650 hp for perkins. I might see what the surgeon suggests as I love the shape and size of yours x
