Antibacterial shower gel

Just wondering what people have used before their surgery. I read ur meant to use antibacterial shower gel, anyone know where you can get this from? Been looking around for it and can’t find any in the shops?

A bar of dettol soap hun! x

Savlon do a disinfectant thing u can use neat or put in the bath. I use that and its reccomended by midwives too for childbirth wounds lol x
