do PCs reply to texts??

i think we’ve got to look past the PC really and providing we are happy with the surgeon’s crudentials, the quality of the hospital as ultimately the nurses are sod all to do with mya and we have checked the guarantees on the surgeon’s work then you’ve covered yourself, in an ideal world the customer service would have been much better, but i am really glad that i went through MYA despite the crap service i received and Anne Harrison one of the Managers text me on the morning wishing me luck, so i think it’s just pot luck with PC you get. Helena my surgeon is a genious and i trusted her totally and so glad i did xx

blondie i agree but im trying to get hold of my PC so i can take the next step and see a surgeon, all i wanted to know was what surgeons worked at london and on what days so i can decide who i would like to see. its frustrating xx

Wow reading this thread has made me realise how lucky I have been. My PC is Annemarie at Birmingham she is fantastic always replies to my texts even silly questions the nurse rang me the day after surgery as promised and they have been consistent throughout so much so I’ve been recommending mya to my friends! It seems that other clinics are letting the mya brand down!! xx

abi – see what you mean, must be very frustrating, it was really p*ssing me off pre op when she didn’t answer, i ended up ringing 3-4 times a day leaving messages with reception in the end ! not good! xx

All the staff there are brilliant…

Even now, im 11wks po on wed and still get the odd text xxx

it sounds like most of them are fantastic but afew are letting them down. maybe ill ask for a new one?xx

It makes me laugh thar mya’s moto is “with you every step of the way” my pc has now gone off on holiday and she promised me a phone call on 3 separate occasions – nothing! I almost paid my deposit this week and I’m so glad I didn’t! I have just booked a consultation with transform now as I am so appalled with my pc at may. It worries me!

My PC is Julie in Newcastle. She replied/replies to most of my texts but I always seem to text when she is on annual leave! I never have to chase up more then twice which is pretty good going considering how busy Newcastle get.

My pc is kayliegh at Manchester aswel and she’s bin great for me rings me to check how I am and how I’m getting on with my saving even asks about the kids n stuff n always rang or text me back if I asked anythin and I’ve not booked and won’t be for a while until I’ve got all the money and she knows that so she’s not chasing for money! I think some pcs probably get bogged down with there work as it’s prob alot of work to do and really it’s not just a 9-5 job it’s all the time, even on there days off but a text message stays on there phones so they should still get back to everyone at some point X

l have had a problem with my pc with hospital group. She made me feel like l was asking questions all the time its a a big thing to part ur money for. She said to me once we can email all day if u want thought this was so rude.They are comissioned l believe, This was before l paid in full! the service got worse. Luckily the surgeon and the nurses are great good job really!! x

Hun i think you should phone Hollie. She has replied to my text, (she was away) and she has been great previously… maybe because you had your PC consultation so long ago she may have just left it to you to go away and think about it all x my friend went to mya a few months ago and hasn’t heard from them so in a way its kinda good on their half as they are not being pushy like all the other companies!! OMG i got over 4 phone calls a day from MY BREAST for over a week… wanting to know if i had recieved their brochure! (never did get it hahaha) xx

my pc rung me over week after id had my op to check it went ok?! i text her back and she replied 2 days after! i wldnt mind but before the op anything she needed me to do she was right on my case!!! xxxx

I had annemarie in birmingham 2 she was Fantastic very helpful and cheerful always replyed to my texts xx

had a reply 2day girls so very happy, it shows that they pay attention to the posts and try to do what they can to resolve any issues. thank you hollie!!! xx
