    I’m nearly 9 wpo and i’ve been back at the gym for a few weeks now but i’m still really cautious about lifting anything too heavy! It’s more when I pull down that I can feel a weird stretching sensation around my implants, i’ve been easing myself into it but even on a lighter weight I can feel it. I had unders so is this just because they’ll still be settling/quite tight? Has anyone else had this? x

    I’m exactly the same, and also about 9/10 weeks po with unders. I can feel them like move, and stretch, wasn’t sure if I’d always feel like this from now on working out lol or if I was pushing myself too hard. Sorry don’t have any advice but it’s not just you that feels this way lol xxx

    I had my 8 week check up appointment with my consultant on Monday and he said that because I’ve healed really well I should ‘treat them like they’ve always been there’.

    I was worried about the gym too but he said as long as you aren’t experiencing any pain and listen to your body that I was fine to go back to lifting weights, running etc.
    I sometimes get short sharp zinging sort of feeling when I’m running but he said that this was totally normal.
    I’ve got 400cc unders incase that’s helpful x

    Yeah i’m the same ! @jamiesgirl it’s such a weird feeling, obviously taking a lot of getting used too! That’s good to know, thank!s @Jcamp89 It’s not really pain and i’ve healed well so i’m sure i’ll be fine as well, probably just being overly cautious lol

    @bekkamc
    i was dying to go back to the gym but in the end I waited for the full 6 weeks, just because I didn’t want to do anything to slow down the healing! If you go just take it it easy, even if you think you’re feeling fine!!

    xx

    I’m 16 weeks post op. I’m dying to go back to body pump i had unders. I would start with very light weights and would just keep going with them for months but wondered if anyone knows if i would be ok to do bodypump? I’m scared too as i am a very cautious person always think the worst and usually if things go wrong medically its usually with me. Any advice would be great thank you xx
