Help with sizing! Advised 325cc HP but scared they will be too big

This is my first post on this forum.
I’m 5ft 10, 9st, size 8. Have a wide chest (BWD 14cm) and currently a B cup. I’m wanting a VERY natural C/D. My aim is to have a natural downward slope without the overly rounded top part and a good cleavage without a gap. In my first consultation I was advised to have 325cc HP under but after further research I’m wondering whether moderate profile would give me a more natural look and allow me to have a smaller implant (given that the base diameter is wider)? I was wondering whether anyone has had 275-300cc moderate plus profile unders? I initially thought about teardrop but the risk of rotation worries me.
Any advice would be great and if anyone has similar stats please add me (especially tall with wide breast base as it’s hard to compare with more petite girls). Thanks!

Hi Emma, thanks for your reply. Glad to hear you’re happy with the size so far. My biggest fear is them being too big and feeling like everyone knows they’re fake. I’ll be interested to hear how yours are in a few weeks time. Did you say what cup size you were after? I’ve had my initial consultation with Mr Kazzazi (he no longer works for MYA but used to) in Doncaster (natural look clinic) I have my second consultation booked for next week. He seemed to be keen for me to go bigger than I originally planned due to the width of my breast and my height but I’m a little apprehensive. I’m driving myself mad with the research!

Hi lovely. I’m having 325cc HP overs on the 6th of may.
Currently 32b, size 8. 8 stone 10. 5’5. My surgeon said this will take me to a full C/D that’s what I’m after. Will let you know how everything goes xx

I was 34a I had 275cc overs on Monday I am measuring about a C cup… I had overs as I had enough skin due to breast feeding xx

Hi Amy, i am in exactly the same position as you! Ha. Got my op booked with Mr Kazzazi for 4th may, im 9st 9, size 8 on top 10 on bottom & 5ft 6 but have a BWD of 13 point some (cant remember exactly) he suggested 325 or 350cc high profile unders but the 350’s jus feel huge, im a 32b at min & jus wanted like a batural large C/small D. I’ve told him im worried they’ll be too big but he seems to want to suggest bigger size but i too have been thinking about moderate plus profile, i’ve got my sizing app this friday so i was going to ask him what he thinks Xx

Hi Amy I had Mr kazzazi on 31st march, I had 350cc HP unders as I also wanted a natural look, my bwd is also 14 and I was very apprehensive when he suggested high profile as I was set on mod plus profile but i figured – he’s the surgeon he knows what he’s talking about, I’m please with my choice I was originally offered 325 and 350 but dr kazzazi said 350 would look better on my frame, I was a 34a/b (depending on bra) and I’m measuring a d 2 weeks post op. Thanks so much for your replies. I was dead set on moderate profile too because I thought they’d be more natural looking but now I just don’t know. Obviously there’s a reason why he’s suggested 325 HPs and he knows best at the end of the day I’m probably worrying too much! Will u be putting any pics on Kelsi? And Katie I know how u feel the 325s felt huge but it’s just so hard to know isn’t it. He said the 325 would take me to a D possibly an E which is waaaaay bigger than I had planned. I was hoping for a big C. It’s weird how the same cc can take one person to 1 size and a different person to another size?! I think when I go back I’m going to see whether he’d consider 300 moderate plus and see what he says.

Hi Amy. I’m going to be an NLC patient end of May. Dr Kazzazi has suggested 325cc HP for me too or 370cc UHP. I’m still bit undecided as the UHP looked good when ‘tried on’ but think will go for 325cc. Unders for me too. I’m worried they will look too big too, it seems it’s a bit of a gamble whatever you go for. Xx
