Thanks Aoife, your pics are amazing. Love them!! Consultation went well… i am a small 30/32A at the minute with not a lot of breast tissue and have been advised to have 300 – 340cc unders?? This should take me to a full C/small D cup which would be amazing. Did you have unders? They look fab, i would be over the moon with that result. xx

No I had overs cos I had enough breast tissue, I don’t know a lot about unders. I went with my surgeon’s recommendation, they really know their stuff

After seeing Aoifex’ posts [they are really helpful hun] I am booking my surgery for the 11th so no time to worry as its a week and a half away with Adamo! – I hear he gets booked up fast for summer.

I am a 32aa teeny weeny with a small frame too- I tried the 230’s and 260’s in my bra and although they looked big as were over the skin i’m opting for 255cc anatomical’s.

For anyone wondering about sizes if your small like me depending on frame 260 could give you a D from aa but don’t go on other peoples sizes as the surgeon will advise you the best amount but it is good to go in with an approximation.

I put 255g of cous cous into some tights instead of rice and they look the same as when I put the silicone ones in my bra at the consult- so to gauge an idea deffo worth having a go- but remember I think they come up a little larger as not squished between skin or muscle. [i’m hoping this otherwise I may fall over]

p.s Rigger’s yours look awesome – made me opt for 260 ish so thanks so much for all your help/posts.

wow well done x Mr Adamo is one of the four surgeons i have been recommended. i am just unsure of the size i want.. i am a 32a’ish lol not sure really what size as to embarrased to go get measured. xx
