NHS Rant.

Sorry but I do not agree that the MHz should even consider giving anyone BA, it would be absolutely pathetic if they did. I don’t even care how serious you feel your depression is, a certain amount of counseling should be able to sort it out…or at least sort who veers head out to get a job, save up and pay for it themselves. NHS has enough to pay out for never mind paying for boobs!!

So glad they do not let people have BA anymore … Unless it’s breast cancer patients that really need it, or on the same lines. Otherwise… Save up!! Xx

As for the nose job thing , some people can’t breathe properly so it becomes serious. Boobs can never be serious as it does not effect health. Xx

Im not complaining about that.. I was just stating I dont agree with how people automatically stereotype a BA in comparison to a Nose Job etc. A BA is no different to a nose job case in my eyes x

I thought many people have cosmetic surgery paid for by NHS due to their appearance getting them seriously down. Im not talking about a girl just being greedily unhappy.. but it can severely effect peoples lives.. I think everyone has their own opinion x

Yes it’s controversial but there are people out there who do get boob jobs on the NHS and completely deserve them….people who have seriously unsymetrical boobs, people who have stunted their growth through eating disorders….I don’t know the thread starters circumstances but that is definately something to bare in mind…..Have your opinions but dont be so rude

They used to until people abused it… Now they only do it if its effecting you health.. Which I think is great as cosmetic surgery should be seen as a luxury for people who sacrifice their hard earned money to do it…

Not having a dig at anyone, just think its taking the piss to say ur mentally Ill for not having boobs.. They don’t need surgery, they need to have a good conversation with a councilor . Xx

If ya nt happy with wat god gave you u should pay this country i’s already struggling with debt never mind giving out free boob jobs I was very unhappy with my flat chest but it never crossed my mind to try get it free the nhs i’ts there for people who are really suffering Hun not to make people feel better about them selves that money could go towards extra beds extra staff I understand ya down but it’s better u get into debt than deprive people who really need the nhs

That’s what I was referring to, and was mainly making the point that a cosmetic procedure for a nose job and a BA are done for the same reasons, however i feel BA cases are automatically assumed to be not as serious as a nose job, which i disagree with. It defiantly is a controversial issue and everyones entitled to their own opinion, but I really didnt mean to offend anyone at all. All i didnt like is being tarred as a Jordan wannabe when the issue is really some cases are alot deeper than that. x

This opens up the whole debate of metal health vs physical health…..therapy is always the first port of call BUT if it’s really screwing someone up then why not?! I’d probably be happier knowing my tax made someone happy with a new set of boob than the rubbish it goes on lol

My cousin was on antidepressants she had one boob bigger than the other she saved n saved n finally got her boobies she us a changed woman now but like I said even if u wanted a c cup the nhs i’s nit there to make u look good in a bikini it i’s there to make people better have u tried myfreeinplants. com that’s a good way to try x

Argh scarlet some people are seriously mentally affected by this kind of thing!! I don’t think a free for all on plastic surgery should happen either but for some people it makes a huge difference to their lives…..can you imagine walking around feeling like shit in yourself day in day out?!

Talking things through with a grown up perpesctive of life and maybe yes tablets to sort out the chemical imbalance.. im sorry if people dont like what i have to say but i have struggled with being bullied from a very young age about my appearence i never developed had the shape of a boy and litteraly had no self confidence it was that bad i didnt go to school as the name calling became tourcher. i later went on to have an abusive relationship and due to having such low confidence from being mentally bullied about my appearence thought that i wouldnt/couldnt do any better and stayed within that situation for 4 years and was further more bullied about my appearence from him throughout this time.

I understand what ppl are saying that the NHS do have other things to pay for i am currently training to be a nurse and a few of my family members are doctors nurses ect but you can not judge any one for any surgery request be it cosmetic or not!

these people are struggling with the lives mentally and physically weather its a boob job nose job or face lift, i paid for my surgery due to being a in fortunate situation were i earn enough to do so. some of these girls can not and wont ever be able to afford these life changing things.How would you feel if the NHS said we shouldnt pay for IVF having a child is a luxury you do not need a child to breath?

Every one feels different but we all must understand because one person is mentaly strong doesnt mean every one else is sorry if that sounded like a rant lol

There wouldn’t be so many drugs and mental institutes if it could all be sorted through counselling, unless you have first hand experience with mental health issues yourself or your a doctor that’s deals in mental health I don’t think you can fully understand how it can make someone feel and your being selfish in making someone feel bad and making them upset over them having an opinion on something!

Iv felt suicidal when I was younger over my boobs… But still disagree with any free boob job unless it’s corrective surgery or effecting ur physical health!
