Number to MYA Birmingham clinic

Have been trying to contact them since Friday and since 9am today. No one is answering and really need to speak to the lady at the reception. I have also messaged my PC. Is there any other number to contact them as its beyond silly now when I have to confirm a lot with them before my BA on Thursday xxxxx

Owh noo its awful I have tried non stop. They should have a perm admin there who deals with queries and transfers. Hope you get through to them hun as soon as possible keep trying them gun xxxx

My pc said her phone is always on & i’ve been trying since Fri & left a message on the clinic answer phone!?

Exactly. They say feel free to call or message if you need to speak to them but when you do and its really important they don’t seem to bother to either reply or check their voicmails. Its ridiculous and unfair as we are patients to them and were paying so much for it and we deserve to have the staff to be on the ball with what they suppose to live up to. And thank you chick its a good thing we have this forum were we can speak and feel comferted by our fellow BA. And thank you beautiful really excited now xxxx

I’ve been to the birmingham clinic about a trillion times in the past couple weeks and I’ve always seen someone by the phone. Ive never seen someone not there, keep trying xx

I’m having 400cc HP partials on thursday and can’t wait now I’m so happy and looking forward to being a confident women. Thank you for your great help and support its amazing.
